I nearly didn’t want to write this review as I didn’t want to share our new found favourite, secret hotel! Having booked a last minute 3 night holiday to Ibiza with my husband, I didn’t know what to expect. Having turned 40 this year I thought maybe I was having a crisis of identity and wanted to reclaim my mild clubbing days! However, what we experienced was pure peace, beauty, professional service & care. From the glass of cava at reception at check in, to the stunning modern spotless room complete with seaview, to the elegant sun loungers & delicious cocktail & food list, all accompanied by relaxing yet entertaining live music in the background….it was all perfect! Staff were so attentive & kind. Ibiza is a very special place and we loved it so much that on our last night we rebooked for next year already! Thank you Cala San Miguel, you gave us 3 fabulous days of sunshine & smiles.

Brilliant hotel , staff so friendly and helpful Great decor and clean , we had breakfast included and the choice and quality was amazing. Fresh fruits, Cava, fresh juices, incredible charcuterie board. We had a lovely swim up pool room, complimentary upgrade as we are diamond members, thank you so much for spoiling us. The pool is so relaxing, live music by the pool every day; the beach is 2 min walk with hilton only loungers available, bring your own towels from the pool. Overall service around the pool for food and drinks was great I’d highly recommend this hotel, we took taxis arranged by reception, £43 into San Antonio each way

This was the most wonderful relaxing week for a couple seeking rest bite. The staff were fantastic, attentive bringing fabulous food - the Salmon Poke bowl was delicious and fresh, and beautiful cocktails. We also ventured for lunch at the cafe across the cove , which was excellent. The hotel has loungers on the beach and paddle boards available for guests. My husband sea swam most mornings and attended Ashtanga Yoga nearby. Particular note to Robbie, Zorro and Daniel who look after guests with dignity and diligence - wanting everyone to have the best experience , they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. We will be returning as soon as we can!

We stayed here in late May and were impressed with the service from the moment we arrived, when we were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed a refreshing welcome drink. The room was spacious and extremely quiet, clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the beach. The food in the restaurant is arguably some of the best we’ve enjoyed in any hotel. Each of the 7 nights we stayed there was a different choice of main courses and we were well looked after by Lucia and Ivan who worked tirelessly during both breakfast and dinner services. The only minor ****** was noise from work that was being completed on a new, adjacent, hotel. Although this couldn’t be heard from the room it was audible, occasionally, from the pool area. That said, it did not spoil our overall experience.

The Club Cala San Miguel Hotel exceeded our expectations by far. it even smells so lovely as soon as you enter. Rooms very spacious and beautifully decorated with a large balcony and lovely products in the bathroom. We did request a move as our balcony did not receive much sun and this was not a problem and we were moved the same day. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the main meal is freshly cooked by the chefs to order. The view from the restaurant is stunning, you can see right across the bay . The beach is literally at the end of the hotel gardens with little shops and restaurants 5 minutes away. Decor, the beautiful gardens, cleanliness , staff, food, position, are all absolutely excellent. I really cannot fault this lovely hotel. We had a fabulous holiday. The resort is very quiet ( suits us ) but we did hire a car ( recommend Class Car Hire , opposite the hotel ) to explore and Robbie and Gilles, sorry don't know if I have spelt that correctly!, ( what a double act ) were very helpful and told us about all the beautiful little coves nearby. Would recommend Cala Xarraca, Portinatx is worth a visit, Calo D'en Serra is stunning !! Old Ibiza well worth a visit too. We also walked up to the Tower des Molar ( stunning views} and there is a fabulous scenic walk from the local beach to a little beautiful cove that you can see from the hotel ( it is quite rocky, so good shoes needed ). Highly recommended and a credit to all the excellent hard working staff.

Best hotel in Ibiza. This hotel is everything you would expect and more. The hotel is beautiful, the pictures online do not do the hotel justice and the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Marta, Robby and Anais thank you for your hospitality and kind gestures. Lucia and Kyrylo you have been exceptional in making our stay wonderful. We look forward to coming back already.

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend, rooms are clean and spacious and we had a lovely view of the Sea. Food was incredible, I like that the your eggs/main on a morning and your choice of meal on an evening is served to order, the buffet selection for everything else was superb. Al a Carte was also delicious. Pool area is lovely and it is so calming, pool service staff are attentive. Thank you to Marta and Remy you are both excellent at your jobs and we hope to see you again when we come back next year. Just a little note, there was some building work going on at the hotel next door but was not a major disruption and I would not let it put you off visiting the hotel as this is a real gem. Thanks again to all.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms, pool area is relaxing and clean. The food is delicious, the drinks are lovely, so much choice! The staff are very friendly and happy. The hotel is right by the beach. We had such a brilliant stay and would recommend this hotel for a luxury chill stay in Ibiza. Some pics attached of the hotel, food and drinks.

A fantastic addition to the Hilton brand, amazing stay from start to finish! The rooms are beautiful and was amazed by our welcome amenity in the room from Marta and Robby. The team round the pool were great in keeping us in frozen cocktails, reception were fantastic and the housekeeper who serviced our room on the first day was amazing! Thank you for an amazing stay and cannot wait to come back again!

This hotel is in a peaceful location towards the north of the island. From the hotel itself, the sea views and the amazing staff, this has been the most relaxing holiday we have had in years. Approximately 30 minutes from the airport (taxi €40), the hotel is beautifully furnished with welcoming ambience, modern decor and our room was cosy and comfortable. Immediately on arrival staff welcomed us with drinks. We arrived a few days after opening, so there were a few adjustments. Paco and the team were happy to accommodate anything we needed, and were wonderful from start to finish. Being the start of the season there were a few adjustments to the menus, but the paella and steak were just some of the stand out dishes we enjoyed. The breakfast and dinner buffets were spectacular with a wide variety of dishes. One thing was always consistent - the taste, the quality of the food and the service. We sampled Japanese menu one night (Lachimo). It’s stripped back menu, allowed for excellent presentation of reliable dishes and excellent taste and quality of the all the favourites (gyoza, salmon and tuna rolls, edamame and matcha ice cream). The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms offer spectacular views of the sea. The gym is small, but there is an outdoor section to it and it has everything you need to do a full workout of any description from stretching and foam rolling, to cardio, to free weights and cables. Being without a car, we managed to find the beach (3 min walk) and a secluded little cala (10 min walk up the coastline). Our objective was to chill and relax and this hotel more than delivers on this. If you want to explore a little further, Robby the guest experience manager is a wealth of knowledge. He communicated us prior to our arrival and tailored our visit to ensure our anniversary celebrations were not overlooked. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location with the most amazing staff, all of whom were excellent. Special thanks to Robby, Paco, Marta, Luna, Alba, Alejandro, Gonzalo and Lucia who really made us feel like family. There is construction work going on on the adjacent hotels, but it is due to complete next week (May 10th). And honestly it did not bother us in the slightest. The staff really cemented this excellent 5-star experience.

I recently stayed at Siau Hotel and I have to say that the service I received was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The staff went above and beyond, addressing me by name and making me feel truly welcomed. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the comfort level was unmatched. However, what really stood out to me was the dedication of the employees. Their commitment to their work was truly exceptional and it enhanced my overall experience at the hotel. Whether it was the bar or any other facility, the service was amazing and I can confidently say that Siau Hotel is now one of my favorite places in the world. I would like to give a special shoutout to Remy, Rocio, Alba, Ahinoha, Andrea, Martha, Aurora, Arabia, Manuel, and all the other staff members who worked behind the scenes to provide the BEST service possible. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!

Wonderful in every way! From the hotel, facilities, service, staff. Couldn’t fault it. My husband and I came away to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. We were hoping for some child free (we have 3 kids) paradise, where we could relax, lie in the sun, read some books and look at a wonderful view. The Siau Ibiza did not disappoint. We stayed in a room with a private plunge pool which we loved. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The restaurant and bar staff were all lovely, helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a Junior Suite with Pool. The room smelt bad, some of the pumps for the toiletries were broken and the AC was not working until we had to call for an engineer. The pool pump for the room next door did not work and they had an engineer come to fix it. The engineer did not even knock on our door to let us know they were there, they just broke into our side of the 'terrace', moved the divider and opened up the bottom of the pool. I was in the middle of getting dressed when I saw a man at the glass door! He then left mud and dirt all over our floor where we had to call for a cleaner. After we complained about the engineer not announcing himself, about an hour or two later, 2 more engineers came back and did the exact same thing again! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. This clearly showed that the reception and manager did not report it like they said they would the first time. After the neighbour's pool pump was fixed, it broke ours and we were not able to use our pool and no explanation or apology was given. Appalling

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this five-star hotel in Ibiza. The service was truly exceptional, leaving me in awe of the staff's dedication and warmth. Not only was the food a culinary delight, but the hotel's flexibility in allowing us to switch our half-board dinner to lunch each day added an extra layer of convenience to our experience. The pinnacle of our stay was the suite with a private pool – an oasis of tranquility that provided the ultimate retreat. Every moment spent in the suite felt like a dream come true, with the glistening waters of the private pool offering serenity beyond words. Gorgeous view of the beach and sea. Mornings were a joy with the outstanding breakfast spread that awaited us each day. The variety and quality of the offerings were a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. Only issues - room pool was cold so you need to be very hot before you get in! Also nearby beach is not the nicest sand wise and you can’t swim in it!
