I spent four nights at this Hotel in May of this year.I was not disappointed.This is a lovely place to stay.The location is perfect-a short walk to the main plaza Plaza 24 Septiembre and the Basilica....The room was adequate in size and was serviced daily...Thanks to Sonia for that....Breakfast was very good and for this I have to thank Elizabeth and Juana in the dining room....The staff at reception were most helpful-Augusto,Miguel,Jose Carlos and Carmen....This is a very welcoming place....English is spoken by several staff members and the guests are truly valued....This is a top class place to stay in Santa Cruz and is definitely worth a return visit...10 out of 10.

Basic b&b just a few minutes walk from the main square. Simple rooms with a/c and bathroom and even English CNN. Decent firm bed. Very small bathroom (not convinced we had hot water). Basic breakfast with make your own coffee and only scrambled egg as hot food (not even a toaster). Nice on-site pool which is perfect after arriving in Santa Cruz’s muggy heat.
