Nice little property. Probably should have caught it…Biggest issue no elevator and although they say they have AC it doesn’t start until June 1st. Tough property for seniors with luggage. Also agent on arrival is quite unfriendly. I sense she feels she is doing us a favor to check us in.

This is a lovely hotel. Is in a neighbourhood that’s quieter than the piazza and main areas. The front desk staff are very professional, helpful and offer great recommendations. The breakfast was a very nice surprise, it didn’t feel like a basic (breastfast included) experience, more like a little restaurant where you are served. Our room is so beautiful!

The most lovely boutique hotel! Opt for the breakfast package--it is AMAZING! Meat plate and cheese plate and eggs and croissants and focaccia and fruit...and and and....!!! Breakfast is served either in the lovely garden or inside--both beautiful options. The garden is so inviting--perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun with a little wine bar--Oh how I miss you Bruno!!!! The room was wonderful with big fluffy pillows and a comfy bed, the staff was amazing...can't say enough good things about our stay. If you need an elevator, stay someplace else. If you want a true taste of Italian luxury, this is the place for you!

We can’t recommend this hotel. It has a very dated interior and NO elevator. You are expected to get your own luggage up to your room. Ours was on floor 2 which is 3 flights up. We were traveling for 3 weeks so we had plenty of luggage so for seniors traveling it is not manageable. The manager? (A middle aged woman) was not at all welcoming to our group. She was very rigid and inflexible. There are no coffee pots in the rooms and all we wanted was to go down and get a cup in the am. She stopped us and said we needed to call for room service. The dining room is very small, about 5 tables for 2, and while there is also an outside patio, when it is raining or cool, we needed to wait for others to finish just to get that first cup of Joe. Not the experience we expected. On the positive side, the location is excellent to all attractions and walkable. The rest of the staff, particularly the housekeeper and kitchen, was particularly accommodating. Not somewhere I’d ever return or recommend to friends.

The hotel was excellent in every way. Very nice clean rooms and great aminitys. All the Staff was wonderful, breakfast great. Location is great with a short walk to the sea. I truly recommend this hotel.

Bait and switch. Most important fact, I was bitten by something in the middle of the night in my bed and it was a bite like nothing I’ve experienced before. Red sports all over localized area. Was up from midnight - 4. The reception was condescending and rude. Air conditioning hardly worked. I let them know and they told me to open the windows and too bad. It was late in the afternoon when we checked in and we settled because tired. Room not as pictured, shabby. I could not wait to check out the next morning. Moved to a 5 star hotel the next morning that was glorious. Pros, location is nice and outside facade and garden cute.
