Sweet Harmony Hotel Boutique by Xarm Hotels

I strongly advise against this property as everything on this complex is outdated and poorly maintained. We stayed in the deluxe room with balcony/hanging net. The curtains to keep out the light are filthy and there are also windows without curtains so the whole function of the curtains is nonsense. The bathroom is filthy and full of mold. Even when you go into the shower cabin, you feel like you sink through the bottom. The towels that are used are dirty and are hardly replaced. The bed is outdated and the sheets used are dirty. The bed also has no mosquito net, which is not superfluous in the middle of the mountains. The complex is said to have a restaurant, which is closed without prior notice. The jacuzzis do not function properly and the swimming pool (as far as you can call it) is poorly maintained. It is also communicated that there are staff walking around who speak English, this is not the case! 1 plus are the breakfast ladies who are friendly and the food is good. In short, definitely do not book at the moment! At the neighbors they ask the same price but everything is top notch 👍🏼 (costeño river)

They are scoundrels. We stayed 4 nights in a normal room and 2 in the bubble tents. 1 week before going, they told us that the reservation for the bubble tent was canceled because the card was not valid. But on the other hand for normal rooms yes. Our surprise has been to verify that for the indicated dates there is no more availability of the bubble stores. In short, they overbook and cancel for no logical reason. Be careful with these people. They are not trustworthy.

We went with a reservation paid through their website, we arrived and they told us that they couldn't find a reservation in our name. There were two employees, and they made us call a call center in Bogota to request the refund, which they did not want to send us by email to present at the bank. DANA, the manager, did not answer the calls, and every now and then a WhatsApp. They did not offer us any type of reward, they did not offer us a room that was available, nor a transfer to another hotel. They did not send us an email notifying us of the cancellation, nor the reason for it, nor proof of payment and refund, which appeared to us in the bank. They made us waste 3 hours without responding. They sent us a kind of refund email the next day, but it hasn't been done yet, it's supposed to be within 30 business days, and who knows if it's going to happen. We had to pay for another hotel, and the transfer from the center to Sweet Harmony and then from here to the new hotel. DANA was not responsible for anything, and stopped responding to the messages. A SHAME, LACK OF RESPECT AND SCAM everything. Furthermore, the place is not that nice, access is bad, it is far from the center, there is nothing to eat nearby and the walls are all full of humidity. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL
