The hotel is in a good location, with a beautiful beach nearby. Supermarkets, shopping, and transportation are all very convenient. There is a direct bus to downtown Palma.
The scenery of the hotel is unparalleled! Located on the cliff, the independent parasol position allows you to enjoy the beautiful scenery
The hygienic condition of the hotel is average, the toiletries are very difficult to use, the towels are dirty and old, the quilt is not clean, and dried bugs can be seen. The quilt may be damp at the beach, and there are no slippers or toiletries. Please bring your own disposable toiletries. Otherwise there will be a charge
The breakfast is great, with many varieties and quite delicious
The service staff has a very good attitude.

This hotel was my big crush of the trip. Everything about it was just perfect . It was probably the best view in Palma you can have. And if you want to take the car and go out somewhere else everything is 20 minutes away so it’s just perfect.
The only thing I can say is that that me and my friend didn’t like the food they served out outside by the pool, (Not the breakfast, the breakfast was amazing). You can tell the oil they cooked the french fries with was too old because they were not good at all and we ordered guacamole with chips and there was no taste at all. That is the only thing but i would rate this hotel 5 star!

There are only 2 elevators when one was all the time out of order and the 2nd one didn’t show where it stops (blank display). It is not something that such a hotel should have.
Why do you have to pay in order to use the safe in the room? Why you need to pay for towel to be used in the swimming pool?

Location and amenities were solid. Quiet, yet close to the action still (short walk down the hill). Clean.
After paying for a sea view room and seeing photos online, I was originally given a room with one window looking at the parking lot and a patio with a side sea view (what most hotels would describe as partial sea-view). Upon alerting front desk staff I was transferred to a different room at the front but I can’t help but feel as though they were trying to take advantage of me as a younger gentleman. Ensure you get what you pay for.

The staff was great, we wanted to change from two twin beds to a double and they were able to assist with this request for the following night. The hotel itself is great, for a hotel in Europe the gym is actually decent which is great. The location of the hotel I wish was in a cuter area. There are lots of hotels and clubs around but it gives cancun vibes / cheap just in terms of location but the hotel itself was great! If you’re into that kind of scene then this is the place for you. You’re not going to find nice restaurants in this area is my point, you’ll need to drive outside of the area
