The room was pretty basic. Clean and acceptable. The staff was excellent!

Best hotel in Santiago.

I felt like my business with this hotel was important them. I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone who works at this place. I will definitely go back to this hotel again. I highly recomemnd this holtel if you do not speak the language. However that ****** can make their cheating a bit less obvious. I go there to play and don't mind losing fairly. I will never go back to a place that made cheating so obvious and unrealistic.

Excellent location in Santiago. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. The staff are all very polite and customer oriented. The food and service in Tapas restaurant is fantastic. The included breakfast buffet is excellent as well. Customer service is outstanding here. Free shuttle to and from STI is also a big plus. The UBER drivers in Santiago attempt to overcharge on all airport pick ups and demand payment in cash. The hotel shuttle driver was right outside the arrivals door waiting for me and it was greatly appreciated.

The room is very spacious. Bed is confortable and the shower is with good intensity. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The swiming pool area is nice and the food and drink is very good

The place and the people around us was great the service was 5 star in every aspect’s

This hotel is in dire need of sprucing up. Furniture is dated, shower was not properly installed, roof paneling oner the shower exposed. The staff is good and efficient, but they have to think about renovations, especially at the prices they are charging.

I loved mu stay! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. All very professional. Property is well kept. Nancy at guest services was helpful and Maria at the spa gives the most awesome massage! Spent a pool day & was so relaxed. I would definitely come back & highly recommend 👌 Food was great too! Had the chivo Liniero before going to the airport (free shuttle available) that was a great plus for me! ❤️ Grateful 🙏

Amazing property. Great rooms. Pool area was fantastic! Staff were amazing especially Shaquira at the front desk. I will definitely be back!

Loved the attention and the upgrade but the room should've been more spacious for an upgrade. Overall was a great hotel!
