This was my second time staying at the Ritz and it was another amazing and relaxing trip! We booked the garden villa and it was everything we expected. Our butler Jarvis was very attentive and accommodating and made our trip the best it could be! He really was one of the best parts of the trip. He booked our reservations for dinner in a timely manner and always made sure we were taken care of! He also brought our deliveries from the lobby to our villa. Breakfast was good with many options. The facilities were all completed from my last stay and were very nice. The meals offered at the various restaurants are very delicious and worth the money. Overall, my stay was amazing! I will definitely we be staying here every time I travel to Sanya. A few updates/ suggestions I would recommend . The villa pool is covered by trees so it doesn’t get much sunlight in the winter. So I would recommend trimming the trees that surround the pool. The deck for our villa also needed some updates because it had many loose boards. The last thing is, with the epidemic situation, I wish they would have enforced everyone to wear masks at the buffet. Besides that the stay was nothing short of fantastic! Will stay here again for sure. Again, thank you Jarvis for your hard work during this rough time and while being short staffed. Looking forward to our next trip.
