Good location in the city , cheap option for stay in the center

What a great stay. Lovely room, fantastic staff. Standard Brazilian breakfast. Excellent gym on site and a decent location near to Avenida Paulista and metro station if required. The swimming pool was small but refreshing for an evening dip.

The landmark hotel is well located in the Jardines area of São Paulo. This area has many shops, restaurants and a large shopping mall nearby. It's a little hilly in that area if you plan to go walking around keep that in mind but generally a very nice walk up to Paulista Street for shopping or to find an unusual little coffee shop or restaurant nearby. The hotel could use a little refreshing as the decor is a little older, but still very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is simple the usual Brazilian, fair and tasty. I had the duplex, which was a two-story apartment with a sitting room downstairs, small kitchen, and the bedroom upstairs with a Jacuzzi tub. I have been to Sao Paulo many times and I would certainly stay there again thank you very much landmark staff for being so helpful and friendly.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the landmark. The room was clean service was good. The room could use a little updating, but it was still comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub worked very nicely. I would like to see a few more selections for breakfast but otherwise it was good I would most definitely stay there again as it is also very well located in Sao Paulo.

Room was clean. Lots of maintenance issues: first 2 days aircon didn't work, needed to beg for blankets after freezing first night. Almost all fauced handles are loose and shower water pressure very weak (was on top floor). Room door lock stopped working after a few days, needed to be let in with maintenance override for 3 days till it was raplaced.

A very well located hotel, close to the subway station of "Consolação". Good restaurants in the neighborhood. A great sort of items at the breakfast. Altough the room need some maintenance, the hotel is a good option to stay in São Paulo.

Location and nice employees

A great location

Old furniture, moldy wardrobe, old bathrooms, smelly, greasy, slippery floor, reasonable breakfast, precarious electrical installations, broken TV sofa, you sit down and it touches the wood, dirty. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in SP, I don't understand how a hotel like this can be located in the gardens. In addition to being noisy, there was a fight between couples that even involved the police, and a dog barking in the early hours of one of the guests.

Manutenção preventiva mandou lembrança. Filtro do ar condicionado imundo, frigobar com freezer congelado a ponto de nao ter como colocar nada no compartimento. Fico me perguntando se o(a) gerente confere o trabalho da sua equipe.

Ótimo custo x benefício. Excelente café da manhã. Equipe eficaz e simpática. Atende perfeitamente as necessidades de uma hospedagem profissional.

Além da óptima localização, oferece um qualidade de instalações e serviço interessante face ao custo. O maior senão é a idade e a não renovação das instalações. Parece ser um hotel antigo em que os equipamentos apresentam sinais de uso. A própria decoração não está actualizada.

A minha estadia foi incrível. O quarto tem um tamanho excelente, assim como a cozinha e o banheiro. Quarto recém reformado, tudo clean, cama grande e confortável, com muitos armários, tudo muito bem feito e organizado. O Hotel em si tem uma ótima estrutura, com profissionais super solícitos, muito bem localizado, com vários restaurantes, lojas, supermercados, mercadinhos, doceiras e drogarias ao redor. Dá pra fazer muita coisa a pé. O café da manhã é muito bom, bem variado e bem gostoso. Voltarei com toda a certeza.

O hotel está a duas quadras da Paulista, próximo a bons restaurantes, comércio variado, cinemas, teatros etc. O quarto estava limpo, pareceu ter sido reformado e acomodou bem 3 adultos. Oferece cozinha com frigobar e micro-ondas. O café da manhã é bom, tem frutas, sucos, bolos, pães variados, tapioca. O ponto de melhoria que aponto é o colchão da cama de casal que precisa ser substituído urgentemente.
