The rooms are clean and comfortable. The standard facilities are sufficient. It easily surpasses the quality of business hotels in regional cities.

The address displayed by Ctrip was wrong, so we dragged our luggage to another hotel late at night, and were treated coldly by the front desk of another hotel, throwing things at us. Everything is fine except for the wrong address. The room is very large and very satisfying. The location is okay too. It is within walking distance of Susukino and Tanukikoji.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Although I reserved a non-smoking room, there was a bit of a smell when I entered the room. After spraying it with aromatherapy, it got better. The space is much larger than that of ordinary business hotels. It is still very comfortable to live in and the price/performance ratio is still good. very high

The facilities and rooms here are very complete and the layout is very warm. The price is very affordable and Xiaolinzi's service is very attentive. I will come again next time.

The scary thing is that when I got the key and opened the door, I found the humidifier inside was roaring. I was worried that I had entered the wrong room, but after hesitating for a few seconds, I mustered up the courage to continue entering the room: it was a mess. No cleaning! After giving feedback to the front desk, I was moved to a triple room. But I am traveling alone! The triple room is not very big, I want a double bed room! But I was in a foreign country, unfamiliar with the place, and communication was difficult, so I decided to make do with it overnight.

I used it with my daughter who is a high school student. The room was also spacious and comfortable. I would like to use it again when I go to Sapporo!

The Stay: The HOTEL LiVEMAX Sapporo can be found a few minutes walk from the Nakajima-Koen Station. You can take the Namboku Line directly from Sapporo Station. The room I was given was on the upper floor, but the view is not that great. The room itself seemed to be a on the older side, but it was kept well and clean. It was decent sized since it was doubled bed (but your mileage may vary depending how much luggage you have). It has most if not all the essential amenities, and it is the typical business setting for people to sleep for the night. The room seem pretty clean at first glance, but I did caught some tiny bugs crawling (could just be environment). Still a decent budget place to stay if you want your own place. The Miscellaneous: The hotel is located at a good location for traveling around. There are also convenient stores located right around the corner if you need anything. The nearby park is also a nice place for walks. The staff were sincere with no issue. Not sure what the room cleaning procedures are, but does not seem like standard hotel where they help clean daily (maybe I am missing something?). But this is still a decent hotel at a decent location if you are looking for something on a budget.
