Бронировали трёхместный номер, нам дали семейный, двухспальная кровать и двухэтажная кровать. В номере было чисто, но стоял стойкий запах сигарет. Попросили поменять номер, так как сами не курим и были с ребёнком, но нам отказали, ссылаясь на то что свободных нет. Открывали окна на лестничной клетке и в номере, чтобы вытянуло все. Завтрак не брали. В душе все рабочее и чистое. Шампунь, лосьон. Удобные кровати, холодильник, телевизор.

We did not stay in the hotel and I do not know what to do to get my money back.
We arrived at 13h45 and the hotel was closed lots of funny insects flying around. rang the bell several times with no effect then called a telephone number and we discovered that the check-in is only in the afternoon from 14h00 to 19h00 (this is not mentioned anywhere)
When coming back after 22h00 one has to go around the
buildings and go up a metal staircase to come from ground which is lower that the hotel's ground floor to the first floor. This is impossible to do especially for my husband. we have a written paper from the hotel that we did not stay. I found the information given out did not respond to reality

The hotel is more like a hostsl but with a personal bathroom.
Understuffed so I had to wait fir every quiery i had as tgere was onmy one person for the desk,bar,breakfast.
The room was not clean.

Self check in di domenica da migliorare . Ho prenotato per due amici di 60 anni ma avrebbero dovuto passare dal retro, fare una scala di sicurezza con due valigie da 25 Kg a testa .Scomodissimo e poco sicuro . Hanno rinunciato e cambiato hotel . Scomodo anche per donne con passeggini. Avrebbero dovuto ricontattarmi il giorno dopo ma si sono trattenuti l intero importo di 2 camere per 2 notti rimborsando solo 4+4 euro … poco serio come atteggiamento

Abbiamo soggiornato solamente sabato sera. Qualità prezzo direi che ci può stare. Sicuramente bisognerebbe sistemare qualcosina, però ci sta. Camere calde, abbiamo abbassato la temperatura ma faceva sempre caldo. Meglio caldo che freddo. Parcheggio abbastanza ampio. Staff gentile.
