The hotel was nice and staff was amazing! The pool was nice but the hot tub was a little dirty and I noticed the whole hotel was pretty much full and it looked more like shady looking people were living there??? I'm not quite sure what that was about?

we arrived with camper and were told we used too many parking spots (2). desk person was very unfriendly . when we got to room which we were told had microwave it did not. we stayed here because of pool ( which was freezing cold ) and jacuzzi that only has cold water in it On our way back to Canada we will not be staying here for sure

The stay there was comfortable, clean, and nice. Great breakfast, and the service was great, friendly.

Suite was very nice. Bed and room was vlean and fresh. Breakfast was minimal but still good for a quick bite.

I stay here every 2-4 weeks when I come up from Chicago. Love the peace and tranquility

Very helpful staff at desk. We asked for an accessible room and got one just across the hall from the desk. Next to the door to the pool and just up the hall from the breakfast area. We will likely stay here again.

We checked in and our room was not ready. Left and cane back 9 hours later and beds were still not made

Management/Owner(Nancy) was very rude and inconsiderate. Every question was answered with an attitude. She told my daughter in law that she didn’t want her family to stay at her hotel(yes we are black and Nancy is Asian). I felt discriminated against. I will NEVER stay there again. That hotel needs to be off the Choice chain and shut down

The place is rundown, especially the lobby area. Room was ok, not great, halls noisy. Breakfast was ok not great.

Very disappointed for the price we paid. It actually was higher than the amount shown on ********* Room was very small. Dark halls and room. Mattress appears to be worn out as there was a lot of sag. Breakfast offerings was one of the worst we've ever had. We will not be staying here again.

Hotels smelled like cigarette everywhere (even in a non-smoking room). Extremely unclean premises. The staff were not friendly and the hotel was pricey for the quality.

We booked a two bedroom. They only had a one bedroom and they were rude, and would not give us a refund.

Barely got any sleep due to air conditioner, said they had hot breakfast, like eggs and sausage it mentioned but alas no hot breakfast unless you consider a waffle maker a hot breakfast, motel 6 is better
