The worst hotel you’ll ever stay in. Dirty bedding. Our hair dryer was in our toilet as a nice welcome present for us. Walls stained. Bathroom dirty. Not a single nice thing to say. Pull out mattress was like sleeping literally on rocks. Did I mention there was no bedding on it and they told us we couldn’t get pillows for the kids for the pull out bed??? This hotel should be bull dozed. Shower has never ever been cleaned. The stains on the bed, couch, walls, were disgusting. Every piece of furniture has dents and chips in it. I have no idea how anyone has given this place more than 1 star. They must have been paid off or are family and friends of the staff. I’ve read tons of them the only accurate ones are 2 stars and less. This place is an absolute dive. Sleep in your car before staying here.

Overnight trip stop on the way to Orlando. Check in was with Danielle. Very courteous and polite. Room was clean and very spacious. Loved the remote controlled blinds. Hotel was very quiet. Lobby was very nice. Many restaurants and hotels in the area.

Your handicapped room was not very accessible. No bath chair. Built in soap & shampoo was at BACK of tub where NO handicapped person on a bath chair could EVER get to them😬😒Also, a handicapped person in a wheelchair could NEVER make a cup of coffee as the pot was too high to reach😬🙄

I requested, and got, a handicapped room. First, the door was falling off the hinges and you couldn’t open/close door without lifting. The shower/tub was very slippery. I have broken ribs ant it was painful to open the door and the shower was so dangerous. The people there were not very friendly or compassionate. While using a luggage cart, an employee was walking and playing on their phone and didn’t yield to the cart. I was quite disappointed.

The smell in the lobby is diabolical 🤕 The kitchen was closed 😒 The bar was closed 🙃 and those are the amenities that attracted me to this place 😩 Customer Service was superb 👏🏾 but those dogs and their owners need their own entrance 😑 Everybody don’t care for their dogs the same and that’s probably why it smell so bad. The prices was too expensive for our experience

The room was so dirty the blow dryer had mold in it,it don’t work and the bathroom was dirty the fridge was taped together.the sheets had blood stains on them,worst stay ever the WiFi was the only good thing.the staff was mean I’m never coming back here

Room was comfortable, staff were friendly; room was only half cleaned (and stocked) on only day we wanted toewels + toilet paper (one bed made, one not). Think the staff may have been interrupted. It happens.

Loved the pillows! On check in, there was little communication. Front desk seemed aloof. There were empty coffee caraffes Sunday morning. I waited for young man to brew some coffee before I left.

It was great experience overall. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Very clean place to stay and great staff working there.
