Receptionist very friendly and helpful, good parking spaces, room size good and clean.

We dont have anything negative to say about the hotel. Everything was working very well. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Service in the reception is good and all of the facilities are working as they should. Absolutely no issues on that part and considering the price, then it is an absolute bargain. We also visited the restaurant at the hotel and that was on the other hand a disaster. It was quite booked on the day we visited, because of some corporate event. This resulted in the waitress being a bit stressed, but it was still handled very badly. We waited half an hour to get the menu. After that we was informed that some of the courses couldnt be served, because they were out of different things, but we got an option to order one burger, which was not served on the homemade bread that normally was served, but on some cheap bun from the supermarket. Considering Covid-19 we also observed that menu's were just delivered from one occapied table to another - without any cleaning - and after we had observed that one guest had been licking their fingers between every side swap in the menu. Disgusting and in the current covid situation absolutely not acceptable. In total. 5 star for the hotel. 1 star for the restaurant. Would happily go back to visit hotel, but the restaurant visit was not acceptable.

Very comfortable hotel. We spent one night at the hotel during our European roadtrip and it was a perfect choice. Also very nice breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I would like to highlight the kindness of the staff. Definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel! The room was very tastyly furnished, perfectly clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast waits with everything the heart wants, and that in very good quality. The staff were very friendly and careful. And at my birthday there was even a surprise in the room. I'm often in the area and I'll stay here again.

Had an aasy online checkin and was able to charge my EV in the carpark in the basement. Enjoyed the very nice breakfast, that just had everything you could wish - we left the hotel H4 with a full tank!

We had booked a suite and a room and wanted to have a bed for the baby, guess in which accommodation we found the small bed? In the double room, of course, despite the huge surface available in the suite; this is not invented. We had booked a night to be stayed and fed after 500 km of motorway. The guardian actively welcomed this evening then told us that the rest was closed and there were different hostels nearby. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. This hotel complex is in fact a spatial campus in the neobauhaus architecture of 2018: the spatial rooms with the dominant grey, white and brown are very well equipped but the minibar is absent and mineral water will be bored. Good location and convenient travel

Friendly staff. nice, friendly room. The best is the comfortable mattress. Also the headbits super. The first hotel for a long time when I was standing up without back pain and tough neck. TV with many programmes. Continental breakfast buffet. Drink and snack machine. Automatic for coffee and supper. Afterwards quiet room. Apart from Hercules, beautiful morning and evening sky. I asked where to buy this wonderful mattress, unfortunately I didn't get a answer to my mail.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll übertroffen. Saubere und komfortable Zimmer, aussergewöhnlich freundliches und zugewandtes Servicepersonal (die Leute hätten sechs statt fünf Sterne verdient). Das Frühstück war zwar nicht überbordend, aber es war reichhaltig und qualitativ wirklich gut. Das Restaurant bietet bodenständige, gut gemachte Speisen (Burger, Schnitzel, Pasta) zu einem moderaten Preis. Toll: die Hunde-Leckerli-Bar am Eingang (inklusive Tüten für das ”Geschäft”) und generell das Willkommensgefühl mit Vierbeiner dabei (das haben wir auch schon ganz anders erlebt). Ebenfalls toll: in der Lobby gibt es ganztägig Kaffeespezialitäten, Tee, Wasser und Obst für die Hotelgäste - als Service des Hauses. Das hatten wir so auch noch nicht und waren entsprechend begeistert. Baunatal selber ist naja, aber die Hotellage ist gut - direkt in der Innenstadt und mit kurzen Fahrtzeiten nach Kassel, zum Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe oder zum Edersee. Mini-Kritik: die Zimmerreinigung war etwas nachlässig, was aber den insgesamt hervorragenden Eindruck nicht geschmälert hat.
