It is close to the airport and the early morning shuttle bus is scheduled to leave on time. They also prepare simple breakfast to take away, which is very considerate. There are Aldi, restaurants and Chase Bk nearby. The room is clean and it is the first time to watch planes landing from various countries at close range from the window in the room.

Decent utility hotel. Near the airport so cant beat location. Breakfast is not that great, very limited choice.

The price was reasonable and the location was very good as it was only 10 minutes by shuttle bus service to the airport. However, the room was extremely dry, and I couldn't shake the discomfort caused by the low humidity, as static electricity was generated no matter what switch I touched, or I could see static electricity just by tapping the futon.

The room is clean and spacey . The only thing I can complain about is the exhaust . The room smells the moment we step inside the room. We have to turn on the AC and fan to keep the smell out. But nonetheless its a good stay .

Staff was great!! Room was average. I will say there was a lot of kids running up and down the hall throughout the night. I think there was a group (at least 100 ) of students staying at the hotel. I wish I had known in advance. We're lucky if we got 3 hour's of sleep. After driving in from out of town and attending a funeral, 3 hour's seemed as if we never slept. We didn't get to eat breakfast either. So many people were waiting to serve themselves. We just turned back around and returned to our room and left to eat a local breakfast place. Hopefully if we decide to stay again, our stay will be much better.

There was bed bugs on our beds!! Woke up all bitten up on my BDAY weekend! Not okay! You have to pay for parking! and theres limited parking otherwise you have to park in the street

The free breakfast starts at 7am, which is late for an airport hotel. They told me there would be some food at the front desk I could grab before I left at 6:30, but then they didn't have anything to offer. At least having the Uno's pizza in the building was nice for dinner.

Dining and shopping options

Female staff are horrible we took shuttle to the Allstate area and they denied us a pick up. We were stranded at 10pm and they just said too bad just take an Uber.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel with shuttle service to/from O'Hare, THIS IS THE ONE THAT YOU WANT! We're international travelers who live in STL, so we're here in Chicago by necessity a lot, and tried quite a few hotels in the area. Hotel has DEDICATED, not contracted, shuttle service that will take you/pick you up at ORD, EVEN TERMINAL 5! Rooms are better than average, very clean, staff is very helpful and friendly, and there is a Pizzeria Uno in the lobby, with a sports bar in the parking lot. Downside: exterior appearance - meh, and the usual $18/night parking scam (why: because they can). Overall, it's the best we've found by a wide margin.
