"Хорошее место где остановиться, если не хочется сильно тратиться. Прежде всего это общежитие студентов, так что каждый день убираться и приносить мыло/ шампунь тут не будут, меняют полотенце и выкидывают мусор каждые 3 дня. Проблем с жарой не было - есть исправный кондиционер, также не было неприятных запахов, есть стол для работы. Рядом есть Tommy чтобы закупиться продуктами, где-то на этажах есть кухня и рабочие комнаты. Wifi хороший, быстрый . Плюсы: - цена - чистота и исправность всего - рядом магазины/ ресторан/ автобусные остановки Минусы: - далеко от туристического места и моря ( 30 минут пешком, много подъемов на обратном пути ) - в здании находится restorante kampus, где по вечерам и ночам все выходные ( пятница, суббота) играет громкая музыка и орут местные хорваты, слышно даже с закрытыми окнами, спать в выходные очень тяжело, шумно вплоть до 4 утра ."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Old Town, the harbor, and the central bus station, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Parking is also available nearby, making it easy to get there even if you're driving. Our host, Antonio, was incredibly helpful. He not only carried our luggage from check-in to our apartment but also enthusiastically introduced the accommodations and nearby attractions. He was also very responsive and helpful when we encountered any problems during our stay. The room had a fantastic view overlooking the entire Old Town and the sea. It was also spacious, clean, and comfortable."

"Cosy little hotel with very good view, great for couples looking to stay near the old city and not in old city (so that you dont have to drag your luggages on cobblestone). Breakfast is delicious! They even packed a breakfast box for us when we inform them about our early flight! Highly recommend!!"
