For a Hilton property, a number of little problems: inroom phone didn't work; TV had no reception (cable problem); no liquid soap in shower (but had conditioner and body lotion); 1 small bar soap; NO hair dryer; wifi code wouldn't log me in. Front desk staff DID offer us another room when the lack of phone was identified. Not enough attention to details by cleaning staff.

Very nice older hotel, glad to see that it is still in use. The property is clean and updated. Surrounding area of Selma is in pretty bad shape unfortunately.

It was ok a little mildew around the bath tub and had to wait until exactly 3:00 to check in other than that it was ok

This hotel is an anomaly. A really beautiful historic hotel remodeled to keep all the old charm. The courtyard in the center if the hotel is Disney-esqe. There is no laundry (although ******* said there was)
Selma is a deserted city abandoned downtown other than the hotel a few shops, it's sad to see such a city with so much US history be allowed to crumble around itself.
