Parking is available near the entrance of the hotel. The location is within walking distance to the Olle market and one of the waterfalls in Jeju.

Service staff is nice and I like the breakfast with many variety. The rooms were clean every nite we came home. There are nice foods around the area too.

Hotel is old but clean, service is great and staff are friendly. Amenities are sufficient and there is a convenience store right within. Also has a laundromat thats much more affordable than other hotel laundry service. Stay was worth it. One note is that to get to the waterfall you will need to go to the ticket entrance instead of using the observation post thats opposite the hotel. We tried to use the route opposite the hotel but it doesn't get you to the waterfall.

Arrive early morning and told them happy to pay for one night. They told me must check out by 11am. Have to tell them to charge one night n let us check in since we are staying for 4 nights already.
Lack initiative even when we ask them for directions and help. Trainee has better service than staff. The guy with make up is worse. I feel they all lack passion and love for their job and Busan.

I loved this hotel! We arrived early and they told us that check in was until 3 but we could left our lugagge there. We kind ask if there was a possibility to get a nice view an we got it!! The lady in the front desk was nice and she told us, that maybe the room would be ready at two pm, so that we could check in a hour early. The hotel is very close to the main attractions, we could walk to the waterfalls! we stayed there for two nights! I wish it would be more! The bus limousine 600 stops directly in front of the hotel! And I loved that they had more variety for the breakfast...They had mini croissants hahaha and musli, milk and the esspreso machine was better than other places!! ohh an the roof topview was amaizing!

The help desk was very helpful, I ask directions and they were very patient to explain to me how to get to places. They made calls ahead to make sure the places I wish to visit are open and available.

Room was very spacious.
Bathrobe provided but material was quite rough to the skin.
It was pretty warm which is good for winter. However room is only ventilated with one window. No AC during winter, but heating available.
