not completely. It's old, so the fixtures are really bad, and the boiler is broken, so I sleep shaking. The cleaning is not done properly and the response is the worst. Even if you complain, nothing is fixed or reflected. The microwave is old and smells bad and doesn't work well. The gas stove comes and goes, the frying pan and other tableware are old, so they don't seem to be doing any maintenance. Staff can't communicate with each other, and there's no handover, and it doesn't feel like a hotel. The room is spacious.
