Not a good stay. There is an unfair rule which establishes that you have to give 15 days notice to the landlord if you have to leave the goshiwon before the end of the (pre-paid) stay. In this uncertain situation due to COVID-19 around the world, sometimes that is not possible. This was my case. The landlord not only refused to refund me USD 150 worth rent fee, but he also refused to accomodate my request of donating that amount of money to another guest of the goshiwon. Also, the kitchen is often crowded and not clean.

The surrounding facilities were convenient, but it was surrounded by bars and not soundproofed, so it was noisy and hectic.
I felt very uncomfortable because the sheets seemed to have been used by others for a long time instead of being cleanly replaced with disposable ones.
I think it is basic courtesy in the lodging industry to provide sheets for use outside of work.
