The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

It's close to the airport, but the surrounding area is really inconvenient. The only supermarket is closed. You have to walk twice as far to buy water.

This hotel is super satisfactory, clean and comfortable.

The transportation is not too convenient, but it is better than being close to the airport. We got off the plane early in the morning, so taking a taxi wasn't too expensive. The toilet in the room is quite large and the hotel staff is also very friendly.

Ah, cet hôtel restera gravé dans ma mémoire, un vrai chef-d'œuvre d’hostilité ! Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil glacial nous a tout de suite mis dans l’ambiance : un mélange subtil entre administration pénitentiaire et service après-vente d’un congélateur. La chambre ? Une œuvre d’art abstrait. Les murs arboraient fièrement leurs coulures d’eau et leurs taches mystérieuses — sans doute une tentative de décoration contemporaine. Bonus : un dégât des eaux qui nous a permis de tester l’étanchéité de nos valises. Spoiler : elles ne l’étaient pas. Face à cette situation, nous avons naïvement demandé à changer de chambre. Mais quelle idée ! Il semblerait que l'hôtel soit aussi prisé qu’un concert de Beyoncé : complet, archi-complet. Pas une chambre de libre, même pas une avec juste un peu moins de moisissure. Et la meilleure ? La solution miracle apportée par l'établissement : un généreux lot de serviettes pour éponger l'inondation. Certainement destinées à sécher le dos humide des prochains clients… une belle vision du recyclage. Le service ? Disons qu’il a le mérite d’exister, même si on sent que ça les dérange profondément d’avoir des clients. Une vraie leçon d’indifférence professionnelle. Bref, un grand merci à l’établissement pour cette expérience immersive dans le monde merveilleux du service minimum. Pour ceux qui aiment l’aventure (et l’humidité), foncez !
