TownePlace Suites Fayetteville Cross Creek

Well, let me start off by saying I travel a lot for work and I stay in a lot of different HOTELS. Town place suites cross creek has been one of my favorite motels to stay in. The staff here is wonderful. No matter who I run into, whether it be a made, cook the front desk person or even the lady doing the laundry. They always say hi or good morning or good afternoon, To me, that goes a long way. With just a few simple words. There are 4 places to eat in walking distance and also a Walmart which is also in walking distance. All in all, I have had a great experience here. Oh, I almost forgot the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. 👍🏽👍🏽

The appearance of the room and the entire hotel was as always, great and welcoming. It’s always nice when you can return to a place and the people there still know your name. I felt so special knew that I was cared for. The service was great and gets better with ever stay! 💚

The staff, the rooms, the recreation facilities, and the atmosphere of the hotel was above and beyond my expectations. And let me just note that the hotel is doing a very good job keeping the guests happy and making them feel welcomed daily. I receive the most care and respect from the manager all the to the maintenance guy. Best place in the city of Fayetteville hands down!

The hotel has exceeded expectations! Our whole entire family, including our two pups, have felt so welcomed. The staff have been incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our extended stay here truly wonderful . We highly recommend!

I've stayed in a lot of motels over the past 2 years with my job for normally 3 to 4 weeks at a time. I stated at TownPlace Suites Cross Creek last month for a week, went to Florida for 3 days, and had my company rebook me at Town Place again for a month this time for a month while I'm doing some work up here. Every day I walk in it's always pulling up into a clean parking lot, I walk into the lobby, and it's always Hello Mr.Hollis How was your day. Lily Schmidt and her staff are far above top-notch. In the past 41 years of traveling the United States I've never felt more at home than I do when I stay here. I'm a lifetime customer and will only be staying at Town Place now because of the great staff and the twice a month free all you can eat dinners and drinks. Thank you Towneplace Suites Cross Creek for making me feel at home when I'm away from home.

The Hotel staff is outstanding, they are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and put out at 0600 which allows me to have breakfast before work. The facility is well maintained, and current. The staff offers a Resident Appreciation hour twice a month, which provides free food and drinks 5 to 6. I travel alot for work and its nice to have some of the comforts of home in Hotel.

Advised front desk that this was second evening in a row that I can smell **** seeping into my room from the adjoining room. Although she was apologetic, the only thing she offered was to have “security check into it when he gets here”. No offer to change rooms. Not sure when security is supposed to arrive. I advised her over 30 minutes ago. Very disappointed.

This is property is disgusting. Upon walking into the building it had a funky smell. I was traveling and tired and decided to stay away. I walked into my room and it smelled like stinking food. I immediately tried to open the window and I couldn't. This place has a full kitchen with no proper ventilation. The TV is extremely small and had connections issues the night of my check in. I itched all night from something in the room. People slammed doors all night and morning. Kids were running back and forth on the halls making alot of noise very disrespectful. I can definitely tell this is a franchised property and haven't been keep up well during the years. I will never return. These franchise properties under the Marriott name are the worst in my opinion. I almost ready to stay a cheaper property's because there pretty much in the same category when its a Marriott franchised property.
