We had an exceptional experience at the Berry Springs Lodge bed and breakfast this weekend. It was super cozy and felt just like home, but better. The breakfast was delicious and the customer service was truly remarkable. We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend checking it out for a relaxing retreat away!

It was such a relaxing lodge. Our view of those hills were breathtaking. We would like to return next year.

What an amazing place to call home for the evening we were there. The staff is so kind and helpful, the lodge was stunning, bed so comfortable, all decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was delicious. We will be back!!!

Everything was amazing!! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the views are amazing, and the breakfast can't be beat!! We will never stay at another place when we go to Tennessee.

From the smell of wood burning in the fireplace to the view from the deck and room, everything was just right. Beautiful rooms with real hardwood ceilings and decor that was perfect for a mountain lodge. The breakfast was delish and the hostesses were friendly and attentive to your every need.

This was a BEAUTIFUL property and one of my favorite places I’ve stayed (I travel frequently) the staff was friendly and the whole property was immaculate! The decor was adorable and not over done or cheesy and make sure to check out the little cuties on the lamp posts! Such a nice touch!!!

Very friendly staff. At check-in I was shown the room after being shown the lodge and its amenities. Our room was a good size with a nice size bathroom. Rooms have a DVD-VHS player and there are hundreds of movies and TV shows in their DVD-VHS library located in the conference room. It was quite impressive. Food was very heavy, comfort-type foods, which many like, but we do not. After discussing the breakfast offerings, I was told that their menu is posted online. It's not and I went back to verify minutes after being told this. During the stay I emailed ownership/management about some things that rubbed us the wrong way and was told that "our General Manager, will be at the lodge tomorrow to chat with you personally. She wants to ensure the rest of your stay is enjoyable. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate the chance to improve." The only contact I had was with our server at breakfast and with someone at check-out. At no time did the GM chat with me personally to perhaps clear the air about my grievances. This establishment operates as a chain would operate, which is a far cry from other privately owned properties we visited over the years. Overall, clean building with nice rooms, but based on my experience as a consumer and long ago provider of lodging and hospitality services in my family's business, upper management gives the impression that it is composed of too many upper level managers.

This place was lovely. We had a room with a great view and a hot tub on the balcony. The fireplace in the room was great, the bed was great, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. We had a great experience.

Berry Springs Lodge is the most darling and comfortable inn that we've ever stayed at. This place is a true gem. Hidden in the hills of Tennessee, the lodge is beautifully maintained with a thoughtful staff and many amenities. The view from the back porch is spectacular.
