It’s a very nice luxury hotel, but I just can’t get excited about it. Check in and staff was very pleasant and the rooms are very nicely furnished. On the other hand the beds are too hard for my liking and I forgot to ask for a change from feather pillows. The shower dripped making noise all night and breakfast service is at best OK. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and maybe I’m being a bit hard providing an average rating but at these prices you need to be a bit more than what the hotel is.

The hotel was in a great location, welcoming and very clean. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows were amazing. The shower was fabulous but leaked all over the floor. The first night we had a problem with the TV and air conditioning, which they sent up a member of staff to look at, but no joy so they had to control the AC from reception and mended the next day. The following day both of our keys cards stopped working so we had to return to the Reception to correct this. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a picnic bag to take, very disappointing especially for a 5 star hotel, so I would state this is a 4 star not 5.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

This hotel makes Seville more beautiful~ I didn't even find it when I arrived. There is only one door on the roadside, but there is no hole in the sky. The waiter is warm and always takes the room and introduces all the places. I introduced all the attractions and painted them on the map... The facilities are very good. There is a small swimming pool on the top of the building. Within ten minutes of walking to the church and the palace, there is a Chinese supermarket and a slightly larger supermarket next door. This hotel is wonderful! I fell in love with Seville but more so with this hotel. It is situated in a central area within walking distance to a lot of the historic sights. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Thanks, Patricia, Miguel, Kris, Marta, Carmen just to name a few. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful pool in a lovely private area. The restaurant is very pleasant and serves a lovely breakfast with lots of variety. All food is of a very high standard. I was overall impressed by this hotel group. Being from a hotel background, this is the standard I love. This hotel creates a sense of the place, Seville. This makes it special. I would love to return and would highly recommend this hotel. I will also be exploring other hotels in the Hospes group. Thank you ❤️💛

Warmly greeted by Jesus upon arrival...Room on ground floor was clean and good-sized. Bathroom was large and clean. Buffet breakfast as pretty good: scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, coffee, cereal and milk. fresh fruit, 3 juice choices, pasties and bread. The location was great! There were several tapas bars, restaurants, shops and an ATM within a few minutes walk. The Alcazar and Cathedral were about 10 minutes away by foot, and the river about 15 minutes. All the front desk people were very friendly, and greeted us each time we arrived back at the hotel, Nice stay for three nights!

Casa Palacio Don Pedro is situated on a narrow street close to many restaurants & bars. It is beautifully decorated with lovely tiled walls. The staff were all really helpful and always smiling. The rooms were fine, the bathroom was good. Plenty of hot water. The hotel doesn't have tea/coffee facilities in the room but you can get free coffee, tea etc from a machine in reception. We loved the fact that you could just wander around the old streets and find something interesting around every corner. It's not far to walk to most of the landmarks. We were given a tip by a local - walk to the Hotel abba, (not far) take the lift up to the 6th floor and you get the most amazing view of the whole city. There's a lovely rooftop cocktail bar, we went just before sunset and watched the sun go down and the lights came on all over the city - stunning to see. If you're looking for 5* luxury, this is not the hotel for you, but if you're looking for a very good value for money hotel, brilliant staff and a typically Spanish feel, then I can recommend. A bonus being that El Rinconcillo (oldest tapas bar in Seville) is at the end of the road.
