Absolutely charming, warm, authentic Spanish patio lobby greets you, along with capable, friendly staff that’s available 24 hours a day. The hotel location couldn’t be better…in a small, quaint plaza literally a minute’s walk to the main shopping district and minutes from the cathedral and Alcazar palace. The rooms are updated with modern decor to contrast the lobby area. Our family of 5 (3 kids) split comfortably into two rooms and couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay.

Perfect location, in the centre. Close to restaurants, bars (two just on the front door), cafes and all the main shopping streets! A lovely stylish hall and very nice staff! The room was clean, but quite old. However worth the money

Disappointed. Usually I'm not the type of person who complains or share reviews however this time is different. I understand that is a 2 star hotel usually people not expecting too much of it, neither do I as I come to see the city not to stay in a hotel bedroom Let's start with the check in, did not even do the check in or sign anything just gave my passport and got my room?! The room was on the ground-floor for people who has disability, also opposite the room 2 public toilet? Next to the room the entrance or exit to the patio. Very weird located room. I asked another room, apparently this type of room, the hotel has only 2. So i checked it on the second floor well I though is better compare the ground floor one well I am not sure anymore. "Window" facing to the hallway or stair case whatever, if I open or just the blind basically everyone can see everything. Bathroom is like 4x4, very crowded, above the toilet you have the hangers to put your towel, next to it the sink so you can bang yourself every single time, opposite the sink there is a bide, in a 2 star hotel for what ? And then next to these 2 the bathtub. So basically there is no space to get dry properly, i could step in to the bide oh and the other hangers above the bide. Well done whoever designed the room. So I am debating which room is better or worse? Pillow is horrible, if you open the hot water is burning if you add a bit of cold goes extremely cold then put it back again burning so can not adjust it to have a nice shower. The water is playing up. I'm looking forward to hear everything as the walls are very thin. No explanation or if I need any assistance, basic info around the area or anything. Wifi is free well can not even connect again no info. No food option which is disappointing, not even breakfast. Oh and okey it is a basic budget room but not even a tea or coffee placed in the room? But I have a wine glass. Huhh lucky me. Pillow is horrible, water pfuu can't even adjust it is playing up if you turn a bit to cold goes to completely cold if you want to add hot it is burning. Receptionist very rude. I do understand that some people has issue with language barrier but at least be polite. I stayed in a 4 star hotel in Cordoba much cheaper and even though I'm not staying much in a hotel room I had what I needed, what everyone need, basics. Not happy at all and have another 2 nights...

Excellent, budget hotel in a great location. We had the Courtyard room which was a great benefit as it was so quiet and we could sit out there if we wished. It is a sufficiently large, lovely, comfortable, impeccably clean room. In the bathroom there is no soap, but shampoo and hairdryer provided.

This is a small ‘boutique’ style hotel, spotlessly clean and very helpful staff. Great central location in the old city area. Plenty of restaurants all within a short walk. Rooms are small but very comfortable and overlook a small square where you can have drinks and food.

Probably this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. (The location is so convenient for shopping.) It used to be good but this time it was even better! I travel on my own with a limited budget and this hotel perfectly meets my need. I noticed the colour of the building surface changed. Did a management change? They used to serve a breakfast but I think they stopped (for now?). When I arrived at the hotel this time, I could not unlock my suitcase. I tried to get some help by looking at Youtube video but it did not work. I talked to Virginia at the reception and she said her boss Francisco could help you. I did not imagine he could unlock but I thought at least he could break the lock so that I could open the bag. Anyway he fiddled my bag and he managed to open it! Unbelievable!!! 😊 Another guy at the reception was happy to give me advice about the orange wine (I went to Alvaro Peregil ... very good place, located behind the cathedral, you can try the orange wine). Everyone is so friendly at this hotel and I always feel safe. When I go back to Seville, I will come back to this hotel!

I stayed in a single room for 4 nights since I was attending my friends wedding outside of Seville. It took me around 20 min to walk from the central buss station when I first arrived. The hotel is well placed with a triangular square in front with several café terraces which I found nice and typically south European. For the tourism, it takes about 15 min to walk to the historical center (the Cathedral, Alcazar etc) and there is shopping area close by. I discovered a coffee place around the corner suitable for coffee afficionados and a supermarket (Aldi) close by which was covenient. The lobby is obviously where the most effort has been put and it’s is true to the pictures on the website. As regards my room, it was basically only a bed and around 2 m2 for a desk and space where I could put my suitcase. Technically there was a small window but it still felt closed off since there was no view and limited light coming in. Obviously for one person and not more. The interior in the room and bathroom was old and far from modern or “design” such as those shown on ***********, the bigger rooms are probably prioritized and better in this respect. Given the low price I paid for my room I don’t complain, but it was a relief to leave after 4 nights in this room. The staff was kind but spoke limited English, e.g. I didn’t get any information about wifi or checkout upon arrival. I didn’t add the breakfast option since the pictures on TripAdvisor looked so poor. Had I been offered to add it, or information about it (hours, where it is served, price) I would have considered it at least the first morning. So all in all it was a practical and good enough solution for the purpose of this trip, but if you want to enjoy the stay in hotel you should either take a bigger and hopefully more modern/comfortable room or another hotel of you want better chances regarding breakfast.

Just returned from 5 nights at this hotel. Excellent value through *********** at £170 for a twin room. Hotel is well located in a small tranquil square and within easy walking distance of most of the main sites. Friendly staff who were always happy to help. We were room only but numerous places nearby for breakfast. Great air conditioning which is essential in August in Seville. The only slight downside is the lack of a fridge in the room for cold drinks but overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for good value well located accommodation in Seville.
