We arrived at 6:15 p.m. and there was no one at the reception, with the result that we had to go to another hotel.
No one picked up the phone, no one showed up and they did not send us a self-checking code and on top of that, for the refund they request the invoice from the other hotel, summary; A DISASTER . Thank God, trip.com has taken care to resolve the matter and the refund of the money is in process.

We had checked into our hotel a day early as there was no open bus seats to Seville on Monday morning. We had a room reserved for Monday and Tuesday evening. Went through *********** to accept the room for this extra night. Moved into room 24 on 1st floor. First problem there was insufficient lighting. Two small wall mounted lights and one table lamp. Second problem was that we could not get any heat out of the wall mounted HVAC system (got down to 43-degrees outside). Third problem was the sealing system on the two doors to the shower did not work. Water poured out onto the bathroom floor and into the bedroom. The floor drain did not work as it should have. This has been a problem in the past as the bathroom door was swollen at the bottom and was difficult to shut. Man on the front desk this morning said no problem with canceling next two nights, which we did and moved to a different hotel.
