Fantastic hotel choice if you want to stay in the West Najing Rd area. Location is close to multiple metro stops and just a block away from Starbucks Reserve. The manager on duty was extremely helpful and the service from all staff was great.

The location is excellent, not far from the subway, next to the Xingye Taikoo Hui shopping mall, and 14 minutes walk from the embassy. I have stayed in Shanghai many times. This is my first time staying at Atour Nanjing West Road. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the subway station, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and People's Square. The Bund is just to the left of the hotel. It was raining when I came ☔️ so I didn't go to the Bund. But the street view in the rain is really beautiful, it's a pity that I didn't take pictures. The room is small, exquisite and hygienic. I'm very happy that the TV in the room can be projected (I've stayed in too many hotels that can't project screens. A big regret of traveling). When I checked in, I was thoughtfully provided with warm honey water, which was a touch of warmth on a rainy night in late April. A small gift bag #Atour's tea was also given when I checked out.
