房間很滿意，行政套房很寬敞，服務很周到，行政酒廊餐食味道很好，自助早餐很豐盛，值班經理Deeve很熱情，總的來説是非常好的入住體驗，以後還會再來！

The worst Sheraton I've ever stayed in. Let's talk about hygiene first: the executive lounge on the 17th floor was not open. They said it was moved to the first floor. I went there to sit for a while. The snacks were better than nothing. It was shabby! I sat down on the big sofa by the window on the south side and picked up a pillow to lean on it. I found a pool of mucus similar to snot, which was extremely disgusting. The toilet lid in the lobby was lifted up and it was... unbearable to look at! Let's talk about food and beverage: I didn't go to the restaurant, but I saw a Wagyu hot pot set meal being promoted. Let's just talk about breakfast. It ends at 10:30 on weekends. I went there at 9:30, but it was not cleaned up and no one showed me the table. A lot of food was gone and it was not replenished in time... Facilities: The air conditioner can never be adjusted. It's so noisy when the air volume is turned up. The display is also inaccurate. Fortunately, it's not hot, so I can only open the window for ventilation. And service: I waited for a while when checking in. There were at least two people at the four counters. There were three guests in front of me, but I had to wait in line at one counter... I don't want to say more. I rarely write reviews for restaurants, but I can't help but complain

錯峯出行，酒店的服務員態度非常好，在辦理入住的同時還介紹了很多酒店的設施和周邊可以去的景點。房間很大，尤其沙發特別的大，躺着非常舒服。

酒店房間整體大氣明亮，乾淨整潔，各項設施方便實用，環境友好，距離青溪老街步行可達，方便遊覽古鎮風光，服務熱情主動，響應速度快，值得經常光顧！

A hotel with great food, accommodation, travel and sightseeing. The two beautiful girls at the front desk, Xiao Hu and Xiao Tang, are very friendly. My daughter came back for another three days during the Dragon Boat Festival. This time I went to the ancient town twice during the day and at night and still felt unsatisfied.

I was quite satisfied with the hotel. Thank you Deepe for helping us upgrade the room at a preferential price. The swimming pool was clean and not crowded. The breakfast was rich in Chinese style. The executive lounge was relatively simple, but it saved time. There was basically no traffic jam when coming from the city during holidays. There were many activities nearby to choose from, such as the ancient town cruise, the LUMINA glowing forest, and jumping between the trees. I didn't have time to go to the academy and the museum. The children said they were very happy.
