房間生活設施和用品齊全，房間圖片都是實際拍照，房間乾淨整潔。房東人很好，有問題都能及時解答，溝通很愉快。距離腫瘤醫院很近，在地鐵口附近，交通出行很方便。

還是很好找到的（不熟悉路的不建議乘圈外4號線，反正我們是來回折騰了半小時上上下下才到，回去改另一條線，也不遠）。衞生還可以。浴室挺小的，那個窗户建議再遮下，感覺還是有點透，都不敢開燈靠近使用。每次洗完澡還要再掃下外面的水，有點積水。熱水很棒，穩定，出來很快。廚房真的不太理解為啥沒有插座，這裏使用不方便。陽台可晾曬衣服還是不錯的。我們使用摺疊桌，茶几就給搬去陽台了。衣櫃裏有備用的被子。電視不錯，不出去時就看電視，這幾天刷完一部老劇《啞巴新娘》（一部除了觀眾不哭，所有角色一直哭，杯子一直摔碎）。隔音還行，偶爾外面走動是能聽見，但不經常有走動聲音，可能是老小區吧。選了二樓的，夏天還是住樓上的好，一樓蚊蟲總會多點，房東還買了蚊香送來。

房子雖在中山醫院對面小區，卻要走到底，沒導航真不好找，是老宿舍裝修了下，沒有視頻拍得寬敞，裏面比較擁擠，一張大床和一張沙發床，沙發床好短，一晚上都躺不直，房子在二樓，長者上樓也不方便，早上想洗髮，發現沒了洗髮水，房東説9點前送到，退房12點，沒有其它酒店的延遲14點退房服務，以後民宿最好是看了再定，想退也退不了，比較失望的一次體驗，沒功夫拍照，各自的選擇吧！
