Attentive and friendly staff. Excellent location! walking distance to ancient town and attraction Many Many food options The room is beautiful! The room and bathroom is so toasty and comfortable. Kept us warm from the cold weather!!

Service and location is very good. The people are very attentive and available to help you with every need. They helped us with our luggage and made sure our room was okay at checkin We dislikes the one-use towel and after consultation they changed to normal towels and gave us a room upgrade. They also had English speaking employees although miscommunication will still happen!

Very regretted to pick this hotel and regretted I did NOT listen to the user review. The FREE pick up service and drop off is a false advertising at trip.com. I send them my arrival information a day ahead, by the time I text them that I have arrived, they said they are short of staff, ask me to take taxi myself:( and they will pay me back. it’s not about the money, it’s a hassle that the taxi driver have to look for the hotel that are located inside the ancient old town. By the way, they did not paid me back and did not offer to take me back to rail station when I check out. The room is cold, there is no control for you to turn on the temperature you need, sucks. The room I booked said it have the floor heater, false!!! The guy at the front desk rather play on his phone instead of giving you a smiles, this place is cold, cold welcoming, so regretted staying here, it is my worst experience ever.

Overpriced place. Don’t let the lobby and the beautiful decor fool you. Staff is nice, but maintenance is poor so the rooms are rather run down. Humidity in the walls, bathroom not cleaned well. Couldn’t check in in time because the hotel lacked cleaning staff. Location is ok with a lit of restaurants, but place is not quiet at night.

Excellent locations for old town and outside Shangri la. We booked a room with Jacuzzi , very comfortable and clean. Only thing that bother me is the hotel staff smoke in the lobby all day long, our room smell of cigarette as this is a courtyard hotel.

I have stay for a few days .The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials . I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to there.Will be back to this place soon

Hotel is near the old town. The room is clean, comfortable bed. They provide a disposable towel that can not dry body well. Butt cleaner did not work, we told the staff but it still was not fixed.

Great location and friendly service

Fantastic hotel, just steps away from temple. The roof top view is unparalleled. One of the few hotels in the area with in-floor radiation heater, a must feature when visiting during winter. Also the owner was kind enough to drive us to the nearby tourist attractions and horseback riding. Five Stars for the services.

The biggest surprise of Shangri-La is staying at Zun Shang. Let's talk about the hardware first: the ancient city scenic area can be reached directly by car. They have their own parking lot and an elevator. The Tibetan Eight Treasures Map is embedded on both sides of the door. The courtyard design is very grand, and it is a luxurious Tibetan house experience. Taking pictures in the lobby at night is absolutely good. You can also go to the roof of the third floor to take pictures of the night view of Guishan Park. The room is large and well-planned. The bathroom toilet is smart. The bathtub and shower equipment are very new and clean. The bedding is fine and clean. The background of the tatami tea is the green plants in the glass room. The towels are disposable. The room has floor heating and is very warm. Let's talk about the service: there is a pick-up service. The beautiful lady arranged for us to check in early and gave us an upgrade. The little brother gave us good travel advice. We informed WeChat that we needed oxygen and the oxygen machine was delivered to the room in seconds. It was very comfortable in Zun Shang. The store gives guests the feeling of family. It is really praised from the heart!
