酒店外觀還可以，房間也很大，設施太舊了，不知道是不是轉了別人的店沒裝修就換了個名字，感覺對不起維也納這個店名。廁所門鎖是壞的，地磚地面粘腳，問了服務員為什麼走路粘腳，是不是沒拖乾淨，服務員尷尬的笑了笑。沙發太臟了，都是黑的，希望酒店重視。情況如圖。

我拿來做婚房的然後在床單上有蜘蛛，打電話給前台也等了十來分鐘才來還是打掃衞生的阿姨，道歉都沒有一聲，這個就是你們酒店的態度？？？

房間不錯，很大，環境也安靜，周圍吃的也多，特別是牛肉湯粿條，真的很好吃。我出差基本都住維也納這家酒店。

出差到汕頭潮南，附近交通便利，樓下很多餐館，牛肉火鍋、生醃等潮汕美食非常方便，房間衞生可以，前台服務還可以
