The hotel was very good for business travel. The bonus was the steam room. They could open the pool earlier though as I prefer my early morning swim. The chefs/food was a delight. Definitely be returning back here.

If you visit Sharjah city center, this hotel is a decent place to stay a night or two. Good service at the reception. Friendly staff. Large rooms. The gym operates 24 hours. The breakfast is a downside of this hotel though.

Almost overall good , but while preparing check out in the early morning, a hot water pipe was broken nearby our rooms and could not take a proper shower to prepare for a long haul trip to Sydney :(.

The hotel's location is close to all services in Sharjah. All services are available at the hotel. There is a shopping center below the hotel, as well as a bus from Sharjah Airport to the hotel.

Good experience

I miss it so bad. The hotel room was so nice and I had a room where I had my own balcony. Some parts of the room were dirty tho not gonna lie like some items would have dirt on it. The chair in the room also had multiple stains. Its a comfortable room with a pretty big bathroom.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, I booked 2 nights. I checked into the hotel in the afternoon and felt that there was an unacceptable smell of urine in the room. The window of the room could not be opened. The whole room was damp, the quilt felt wet, and the curtains did not have a good shading effect. I felt uncomfortable on the day of check-in, so I applied online to refund the room fee for the next day, but the hotel refused to agree. I kept calling the room, but the phone was not answered and I went to the room and knocked on the door. The strange thing was that I ordered 2 sets at the same time. The price of the other order was more favorable, so he refunded the rent for the next day to me. The price of the other one was a little higher, so he refused to let me check out. After looking for various results, he still refused to refund me. Later, under the coordination of the customer service butler, he wanted to refund me 120. I spent more than 500 to book the room, but he only wanted to refund me 120. Later, he refunded 360. I still thank the customer service butler, but this hotel is really a rip-off, and there are bedbugs in the room.

The facilities are old, and the room is not particularly clean. Apart from the friendly staff and delicious breakfast, I can't seem to find any other advantages. It's not up to the standard of a five-star hotel. I'm a little disappointed.

Quick and hygienic, very suitable for business trips

The location is good, just walking distance from the Blue Market and seafood market. The breakfast was also good, but the room I stayed in was in a bad location and didn't have much of a view!

It is worth considering this accommodation option as a stopover for no more than a night between plane flights. We stayed for 12 hours. We managed to have breakfast. Breakfast is very average. The hotel is very shabby, a lot of dust and dirt. The bed is clean. The towels smell damp. I wouldn't do it a second time. The only thing I thank you for is the very early check-in.
