Clean, very nice pool. Good food just a bit monotonous

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

Very nice hotel and clean rooms and a very big pools many pools and jakouzi all are clean and nice and a big aqua park and and the staff is so helpful and it is near to the beach and a very comfortable hotel it's in the heart of Nema Bay and it is so near to the market

Me and my husband decided to celebrate New Year 2024 in this hotel because we had already stayed here 1 year ago and we fell in love with this hotel!!! I have never seen such a big swimming pool in my life in any hotels in Egypt. Of course, you can find several small pools in a hotel, BUT here along with small ones you will find a real huge and deep one with a pool bar in the middle (special thanks for out barmen Muhammad)!!! I adore swimming, that is why for me it is very important to have beach nearby and of course pool on the territory of the hotel. The beach is situated literally 5-7 minutes by foot, just cross the road and pass the other hotel which is Jaz Group as well. The stuff is very friendly, polite and always smile, ready to help you with anything you need immediately! The room service is also great, can’t complaint on anything, special thanks to our room cleaner Ahmed, great job!!! The variety of food in restaurant is amazing: meat, fish, vegetables, soup, fruit and lots of bakery, what else you need! You can always find something to your taste! A special thanks to restaurant manager Reda who was so attentive and kind to us! I also recommend SPA salon, especially massage. Massage girls are all very professional and attentive to your wishes! The reception works 24/7, always help immediately with all of the questions or problems you have, special thanks to Muhammad and of course Russian speaking lady named Alesya! Alesya is just a brilliant, smart, beautiful, helpful, professional worker! As soon as we have some questions or little problems, she was always here to help us immediately! Such a great service! We want to say again million times "thanks" to all these people stuff and the hotel for great wonderful amazing holiday from 30.12.2023-09.01.2024! We loved and enjoyed every single moment and of course we will come back this year again!!!!

Lovely place, friendly staff all over the hotel, special thanks to Rocky the life guard, everyone made us feel super welcome, housekeeping team were very efficient and made sure we had big bottles of water everyday and the entertainment team were great! Food in the restaurant on an evening was very similar everyday this would be my only critique but would not stop us from returning! Absolutely lovely!

Just returned from the hotel. Pleasantly surprised, all the staff deserve special respect—very friendly and helpful many thanks to manager Emad Ahmed The beach is superb . There were activities:volleyball,darts, stretching, aqua aerobic ,dance lessons.We were satisfied with the animation team , especially many thanks to very professional Mamo . Evenings shows were always great and entertaining. The food was delicious with a lot of varieties every day.Abundant fruits like bananas, dates, melon, persimmon,guava, pomegranate, grapes, apples, and oranges.Special thanks to Head Chef Hazem Abdelaziz. Our room was excellent, well-maintained. Thanks to our cleaner.The territory is well-kept and beautiful. Overall ,highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again to everyone for making our vacation special!
