位置位於崗廈地鐵口一百米左右的村子入口處，牌坊進去左轉便到，比較好找。旅店距離九百米左右有卓越中心，離會展中心一公里左右，處於福田市中心地帶。周圍有地鐵站與公交車站，出行較為便利。店內環境網上預訂的是二人間，到達被告知沒人退房變成六人間。兩個長期居住的妹子。房間當晚衹有四人入住。屋內構造大概是一廳三**一陽台，廚房與客廳相連（目測應該不能使用）房間設施有點老舊。店內衞生客廳邊有一堆行李，估計是長期居住的人的行李，擺放算是整齊。公共區域衞生看着還算乾淨。房間內的衞生，收納算整齊，總體還算乾淨，但是接受不了整個房間經常看到蟑螂出入。衞生間有點味道。總的來説，還是一分錢一分貨，衹能勉強落腳。
