非常糟糕，我一個從來極其少給差評的人，真心覺得這漢庭是我住過最噁心的酒店，首先70多歲的長者拿電子身份證辦理入住不給，拿了户口本也不給，必須要求把派出所的人叫來才給辦理。其次，第二次帶一大羣親戚去辦理入住，從凌晨4點多一直故意為難，辦理到6點多，藉口是酒店系統出問題，我投訴到攜程平台，又不説不是系統有問題，明明就是前台故意，並且酒店這些原因我其中一個親戚選擇回家睡沙發，有一個房間沒有辦理入住，酒店直接就以過了取消時間為由不給退款，但問題是他們辦理到6點多天亮了，是酒店的原因導致沒有辦理入住（在入住當天我已經打了三個電話跟酒店交代了需要凌晨辦理入住，還加了微信發了訊息提前告知）真的非常糟糕，幾天過去了酒店經理也沒有出面解決，我覺得這個酒店是不是要考慮換個經理 對員工素質進行考核，對業務進行一次培訓。大家能不住儘量避免吧，同時還有其他人員也是一樣從四點多辦理到六點多，還有個開鐘點房的司機，苦笑不得… 有圖有證據

從來沒見過服務這麼差的酒店！第一天晚上22:00前台把別人的外賣送到我們房間。第二天退房的時候當時深圳大暴雨，問前台能不能晚一個小時13:00再退房，先是自己搞錯以為我們退房了，後面又説要再給49才允許！就沒見過服務這麼差吃相這麼難看的前台
