PARKGEUN HOTEL (Shenzhen Luohu port international trade store)

Five stars, hands down! I was really happy with everything about this hotel. The breakfast was definitely the highlight – the beef brisket noodles and pork hock vermicelli were absolutely delicious, and they had a great selection of drinks and snacks too. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was warm and attentive, and the environment was quiet and elegant. It's my top choice for accommodation, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Walking distance to Luohu Port, the decor is nice, not too many floors, and the room size is just right. The price was also very reasonable during the Chinese New Year period. Most importantly, the hotel breakfast was quite varied and tasted good too.

It was great! Very close to the border crossing, making it easy to get around. Xiao Su's service attitude was also excellent, making our stay very comfortable. They even allowed us a late check-out 😊😊

Arrived past 10 PM and there were no available rooms; they were still cleaning. They assigned us a room at the end of the hall, which was fine, and we got a king-sized bed. I thought it would be quiet, but the sound of water running through the pipes was incredibly loud 😅

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Luohu Port. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet. The accommodation itself was elegant and comfy, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Had a really pleasant stay!

Facilities: The TV remote didn't work to turn off the TV, and none of the mosquito repellent tablets worked. After checking in, the housekeepers kept coming into the room frequently to fix things, which was very disruptive. Service: Poor. Whenever there was a problem, they only contacted the housekeepers to deal with it. The staff offered no apology despite the customer's dissatisfaction. Environment: There were spiders and an unpleasant smell in the room.

The room literally has no space for anything. No desk either.

The moment I entered the room, there was water all over the floor, and I almost slipped. The walls were stained, and there wasn't a single chair or table in the room, so there was nowhere to eat takeout. In the morning, after the cleaning was done, there was a lot of shouting, making it impossible to sleep.
