The location is not too far from the Louhu border crossing with HK. But at a quieter side of the location. Room is ok. But the ventilation is all linked and the smoking smell is terrible when other room started smoking. For sensitive non smoker like me. Please take note. Thanks and good luck to all.
One plus point: there's a free laundromat.

A very new and modern hotel with many amenities. Breakfast was also great with many fresh choices including a noodles bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is very near the Shenzhen train station with many shops to eat and buy other things. I will give it a 5 stars.

Generally a nice hotel but there was a strong smell of smoke despite booking a non-smoking room. Quite disappointed but other than that, the room provided us with what we needed.

Receptionist was very nice. Her name was XW  She help me use the gym and cards and explained everything for me and was very helpful. If I come back to China again I will definitely came back here. Yes I am in Saudia. Thank you so much.
