這是一家很棒的酒店，設施設備齊全，特別是熱水很快非常方便。衞生乾淨整潔無異味，房間也很大，很喜歡。環境優雅，對面就是軍墾博物館非常方便。服務也很好，前台辦理速度很快，免費贈送了面膜，真的很棒。酒店大廳的花茶好好喝，忍不住讓前台小姑娘給灌了一保温杯。酒店有一個特別大的停車場，停車免費。

衞生真的很乾凈，乾淨整潔無異味。服務也很好，進店就給倒了一杯花茶，非常香甜。前台有百寶箱跟齊全，出門忘帶面膜還有免費的面膜呦，真的很貼心。環境幽雅，對面就是軍墾博物館，設施齊全。離店的時候還送了兩瓶礦泉水，聽前台小姑娘説叫什麼什麼甘泉送客。總之，來了還想再來，服務真的棒棒的，下次還住這。

第一次入住這家酒店 也是看了很多評論才選擇了這裏 體驗感還不錯 特來評價一下
衞生：衞生還不錯 比較乾淨
環境：環境很好 而且這個位置很棒 周邊商超，廣場，吃飯應有具有
服務：第一天辦理入住是一個男孩子服務很好 今天退房的時候是兩個女生非常熱情 包括保潔阿姨都很熱情的打招呼
設施：設施還算齊全 就是有部分東西有一些舊
最後還有一點 離軍墾博物館非常近 不到100m 博物館是非常值得去上一去的！！！

這家酒店真的很棒，第一次來石河子服務很好，工作人員為我們出行辦事做了建議和規劃，用最短的時間辦了所有的事情同時也遊玩了石河子的景區。酒店的設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔無異味，環境幽雅，位置也很好，有免費的停車場，上網速度也很快。下次我們還會來這裏看博物館，還會來這個乾淨並且有温度的城市。

服務意識要提升一下啊，訂的房間到地方説沒了，讓我自己再定一個更貴的，這種情況不應該 酒店免費給調整一個其他的房型嘛， 違約不在我，酒店沒那個房型了，讓我再去定其他更貴的這種操作第一次遇到，也是很厲害👍

優點：位置很好，周圍樹多，環境好。在博物館和遊憩廣場跟前，馬路對面五星廣場地下超市很大，超市東西全，賓館距百花村和幸福路直線距離約500米左右。幾乎每年來石河子都住這家。服務還可以，特別是前台幾位女生説話客氣、熱情解答、禮儀到位。
建議：房間衞生需改進，特別是淋浴間、洗漱枱麪、坐便器。
