Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

I stayed for １ on a business trip. The desk was installed facing the TV direction, and the PC work was faster than facing the wall. It's not that big, but it was easy to use. There are few taverns nearby, but it was convenient because there was a biago.

This hotel provides all the basics you need. It’s close to Toyohashi station, it’s clean, and it seems well run with friendly-enough staff (difficult for me to judge as I was only there for one night). Of course, it’s not a luxury hotel so most things are simple, the breakfast has limited choice, and the rooms are a tad small, but overall I had no big complaints and it suited me fine. The one annoying thing was that they make you choose a 25-minute window in which to eat breakfast. They make you do this the day before. I guess it’s because space in their breakfast area is an issue, but it’s annoying because it doesn’t grant you any flexibility. If you want to sleep in, or go out early, it’s difficult because you have your specific breakfast window. Aside from that small grumble, I’d recommend this hotel to those who just want to be in the right location in Toyohashi, and are not after a 5-star experience. It’s probably not for families either.

Because there was a group guest, breakfast was very crowded, and it was difficult to carry food by passing to a far seat, and the number of items was small and it was difficult for the child. The bathroom in the room was old, but there was a feeling that it was being maintained. There was a restaurant in the neighborhood and a megadon Quijote that was open until 2 o'clock in the middle of the night, and it was possible to buy anything even if I forgot something with my child.
