The property itself was nice, however, the front desk clerk who checked me in, once he saw that I had booked with a 3rd party, became cold (for reference, the woman who checked in before me was asked if she was a Hilton rewards member because her reservation was made by her employer, was told about breakfast, internet, where her room was located, etc) and quietly mentioned about breakfast and no more. I had booked an accessible room due to my daughter being in a wheelchair and when we got to the room, discovered that it was not an accessible room. After 12 hours in the car and multiple pieces of luggage being unloaded into the room, I was too tired and angry to go back down to the desk and deal with the front desk clerk.
As the “face” of the hotel, I expect that the front desk staff will be friendly to all patrons, regardless of how they made their reservation.
