We stayed in a Deluxe King Suite. We used the jacuzzi tub our last night there. When we got up the next morning we saw the bottom of the tub was covered with black particles, apparently from the jacuzzi pipes.

Our room was not cleaned, or even attempted at. The sheets had holes in them, the "cloth headboard" had STAINS all over it. Carpet had stains, and you could see visible dust on fixtures! The hallways smelled like mildew & there was hair all over the bathroom. The morning waitstaff was unpleasant . All around terrible for $250 we should have had a fairly nice room unfortunately we could've had better accommodations at a $50 inn !

I loved this room! It has a jacuzzi tub. We have to come to Shreveport once a month for doctor visits, and we stay here every time.

From checking in to checking out, yhe service was great and friendly. Very clean and quite. Will stay again if ever that way.

The Cantina that serve food closes up at 9;30 I made it there at 9:00 04/13/2024 and the young man was more focused on doing paperwork than taking my Order which was the only place at the ****** open,,,the hotel room air didn’t work and was nasty and smelly

Property appeared to be clean but had a pest problem and smoke smell was throughout rooms in non smoking rooms.

When we got to our room, the television had no signal. We called the front desk, who immediately sent maintenance. The issue was one he was unable to fix, so we were moved to the room next door, which was perfectly fine. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The 2nd night of our stay, the people who were in the room next to us were extremely noisy starting about 3am. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Staff was very friendly over the phone and in person during check in process. Checking out was convenient and the housekeeping staff was excellent

I can’t believe this hotel was so cheap. It was very nice and location was excellent. We will be returning once a month for hospital visits.

Rooms are nice. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that i noticed was all the dust around the base boards. Most of all I enjoyed my stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Overall, the place was great. It was cold during our stay, so would have been nice to have closer parking to entrance of hotel rather than using the garage.

The stay was pretty good and service is very good. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, the smoking inside of the entire ****** is a problem. Couldn’t enjoy the ****** at all because of this. Also, there are no microwaves in the rooms. A terrible inconvenience considering the one microwave that is available is downstairs in the lobby. And this is shared with the entire guest list! The room we stayed in had a running toilet and a sink that would slowly drain due to some type of clogging.

Didn't like there was no luggage carts to be found to carry our stuff we had to go up and down to bring everything up then down

Overall great hotel. But most definitely need microwaves in the room or at least the one I was in.
