Very disappointing experience. I thought the reviews of the hotel were all good, so I wanted to try this hotel with a ceiling price in Chengdu. When I saw it in person, the waterscape of the garden was indeed very good, as well as a library and a private cinema. I saw that it was expensive. It was designed with great care, but the hardware and services fell apart. The day before check-in, the waiter called me and asked me when I would arrive at Shiyue Hotel tomorrow. I asked her two questions out of nowhere: "Who are you? Who are you?"... Come on After checking in at the hotel, the waiter asked me to ask the boss for an answer when it came to extending my stay. However, I waited all afternoon with no reply. She didn’t tell me the answer until after dinner... We were hungry in the afternoon and wanted to order something. Afternoon tea, I was told that the afternoon tea could not be provided because it was not reserved in advance. However, no one told me from the beginning to the end that I needed to make a reservation for the afternoon tea, otherwise I would have made a reservation. Let’s talk about dinner again. Dinner is free. The ingredients are very good and fresh. The restaurant environment and service are great, but the portion is too small. One plate is enough for two bites. We finished two bites and waited ten minutes for another two bites. Wait another ten minutes and take two more bites. This rhythm is a bit anxious. After dinner we took a couple of walks outside and then went back to the room to take a bath. Who knew that a strange thing would happen? The water we put out was always very hot. I couldn't soak it immediately after putting out the water. So I asked the housekeeper where the cold water faucet was. The housekeeper said that you have to wait for the water to cool down before you can soak, but the waiter can bring water in a bucket from outside and give it to us, my God! There is also this operation! I was really speechless. I couldn’t bear to go through all the trouble of asking others to pick up a few buckets of water for us, so I just waited for the water to cool down. Who knew that by 11:30, the water was still not cool enough for a bath, so I decided to do this program on bathing. Forget about the bath, my husband and I had to settle for the next best thing, forget about taking a shower. Who knew that the water from the shower head would only get a little warm after 5 minutes. If you want to reach the temperature suitable for showering, you must leave the water for at least 10 minutes. We feel about this Very disappointed. How could a high-end hotel make such a low-level mistake? I believe I am definitely not the first guest to ask this question. Who has so much patience? If you want to take a bath in the morning, you have to get up in the middle of the night to drain it? But the hotel never improves! Having problems is not scary, what is scary is the attitude of letting the problems exist and not changing them! I will never go to this hotel again, and I will also tell my friends not to come to this hotel. After all, is it worth the thousands of room charges?

The beauty of Shiyue lies in the garden. Every plant and tree in the Hundred-acre Garden is carefully designed and matched. Each grass and stone changes the scenery as you move. The scenery of the four seasons and the morning and evening scenery are different. Full of flavor and long aftertaste. Meals and hotel activities also feature consistent Chinese aesthetics, including flower arrangement, seal incense and pottery. The internal service staff are uniformly wearing traditional Chinese embroidered gowns, and the music is elegant, like a fairyland on earth.

It was my third time to come to Shiyue Forest. When I saw this increasingly mature hotel, I felt more and more fond of it. When the door of Shiyue slowly opened, I felt that it made people outside feel like I was home. The feeling, the attentive and considerate service makes me feel warm. Shiyue Forest, from the library, simultaneous cinema, gardens, food, healing activities, to customer service, is all top-notch. I saw Aman-level culture, Hoshinoya-level service, and Michelin-level cuisine. It was another pleasant vacation experience. By the way, there are fruits in different seasons in the park. 特意安排了臨湖觀景的房間，很舒服。管家小姐姐和小哥哥都很好，和善温柔。在山野走走，親近自然的感覺很好。有些安縵的味道。晚餐有幾分米其林。

酒店主體建築與裝修跟環境融為一體，外部環境是山野般園林。如果説體驗感有色彩的話我覺得這裏的整體基調是秋天的黃色。服務很好，尤其是那位有親切笑容的徐璐管家。 ，
