Clean and nice. When I checked in, I paid more than 4,000 rupees to upgrade to a suite, but why did it cost more than 1,700 yuan on Ctrip?

This young Server by the name of Nandini was very hospitable while I was dining out with my daughter at their Restaurant located on the 2nd floor. She was very proactive in bringing out the Chaat Masala Chole for us to try and indeed it was delicious. Businesses should have more Nandinis…. It makes the people like us ( guests) stays worthwhile. Once again I’d like to thank Nandini for being the perfect hostess.

First of all I like the ambiance of courtyard by Marriott hotel and second the Food was superb, and on that note thank you to Chef somnath , and a server guy, Adarsh who took good care of us a specially to sou chef somnath chef was very helpful with his ideas and innovative food ideas love to visit again in future

The behaviour of Mr Rajnesh and other stuff during the Cipla event on Dt - 20/07/204 was not acceptable. We had an event which ended on 10:10 PM and Guest were taking food in the buffet. Your stuffs were continuously telling us to take food as buffet will close by 10:30. As our guest were taking food so we are not able to take food ***** with them. Unfortunately after 10:30 your Stuff Mr Rajnesh behaved rudely with my colleague Mr MD Soyal saying how long it will take. You need to close your Dinner as our people will need rest and so on in an inappropriate manner. Also given Parcel for 5 DRS who replied us with unexplained feedback of quality and choice of food ( only Rice , Dal and Chicken Curry). This survice we were not expecting from your side.

Kudos to the staffs who made sure we had a great experience. Thank you Ms. Pinky for your great room service. Really loved those decorations you made with those towels. And thanks a lot Mr. Rufus for being an awesome trainer at the gym. Really enjoyed my stay with cozy rooms and delicious foods. Y'all gotta give it a try guys...will be a lifetime experience.

Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel courtyard by Marriott siliguri ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. A shoutout to chef subhmoy from siliguri kitchen who was suggesting some tasty dishes to try and it was pretty awesome and miss pinky from house keeping department for her creative craft work in the room. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to spend your weekend.

First the highlight. Great food in terms of options, spread and the chef's are open to custom make food to your need. Respect !!! But, the location, may be all of Silliguri, is literally a dump yard - a massive slush of construction debri. The view out of the windows is an eye-shore. The facade of the hotel is under construction, and the hallways smell like damp tobacco.
