4.2/5Very GoodGood location above orchard mrt and is in the orchard road shopping belt. Nice touches in the bathroom. However, the hotel is very packed so long waiting time for the lifts. Comes with complimentary parking, nice views of the orchard road skyline.

4/5Very GoodGenerally, the environment is clean, location is convenient and near to mrt station, front desk and room services are efficient. However, might be due to safe the environment, toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, only provided upon requested. So, we requested for toothbrush and toothpaste and the room service sent to us very promptly. We stayed in this hotel for 5D4N, the cleaner did not take the initiative to replace our toothbrush and toothpaste when they were used up. They also did not provide new room slippers so we used the same pair of slippers for 5 days. Though I believe if we called and requested for new ones, they would bring to us. But being 5 stars hotel, I believe the hotel management should take initiative to provide additional pair/set for their customers. We might not change everyday as we wish to safe the earth too, but we might change say after 2 days. It's annoying to call and request for everything. These aren't good experiences to stay in 5 stars hotel. The hot and cold water in the bathroom were very hard to adjust to the right temperature. The hotel's welcome letter was in English, so I had to translate to my old folks who couldn't understand English. The hotel should also cater for those who don't understand Chinese, eg. Old folks or China visitors.
