W Singapore – Sentosa Cove

The front desk has Chinese-speaking staff, and the rooms are spacious and clean. They provide purified water, so you can bring a reusable bottle, as bottled water is expensive in Singapore. The hotel's spa pool and basic spa services are all free. The room rate also includes bus and monorail fares on Sentosa Island. The staff are all very professional, smiling, and proactive in asking if you need assistance. Turndown service is provided by default. The breakfast offers a wide variety and looks great, though the taste is just passable.

Facilities: The toilet isn't a smart one, and the bathroom is a glass enclosure, which doesn't offer great soundproofing or light blocking. Service: Having Chinese-speaking staff was very convenient. The front desk lady upgraded us to a W Suite based on room availability. Breakfast: The variety was decent, but the taste was just average.

👍 The facilities and services at the W Hotel are consistently excellent, and the front desk service is very attentive. ☹️ This isn't really the hotel's fault, but there's no clear return point for shared bikes outside the hotel entrance, so I couldn't return it. The front desk didn't know how to resolve it either, and I ended up paying over 60 yuan for it. 👍 The pool environment and service are both great. The shuttle bus is very convenient. 💵 I understand being charged an extra bed fee after check-in. The main issue was a miscommunication between Trip.com and the hotel, but Trip.com was very proactive in resolving it, so kudos to Trip.com.
