It’s says 4 star hotel and lots of promising stuff on website, we did stay for 4 days in superior suite room. The hot tub didn’t work , AC didn’t work in second room. The sheets and mattress looks like from history, shower and sink where clogged and it smells really bad. When I ask for towels for pool at 10 am they told me maybe afternoon in the afternoon they told me tomorrow, definitely will not recommended this hotel for price at all and I will cut one star , if the price will be half from what they offering. Then it will make a sense but still cleaning is important. Otherwise food and drinks were really good 👍

Spa and wellness is good. View and location is lovely due to Lake Balaton. Staff was friendly and nice. However we had a much better experience 9 years ago when we stayed for a few nights.
We had a few dissapointment at this time.
After arrival there was a half roll of toilet roll for 3 of us. So called the reception, it still has not arrived. Hubby needed to ask 2 hours later from the cleaners. In our room (1019) there was plenty of ants everywhere, and other insects. Surfaces and switches were sticky. Bathroom has mold etc. I assume a good deep cleaning would be useful..
Far too expensive for a quality of the room. I would give maximum 2 star, definitely not 4 star.
Not to mention a fridge, it did not work. Balcony has not been cleaned either.
Food was avarage, we liked the dinner choise.

We really like the hotel's wellness department, which is why we are returning guests.
The food in the restaurant is more delicious than before, during our last stay all the food was very tasty.
We experienced cleanliness in the rooms.
Everyone at the reception is kind and helpful.

We had reservations for two triple Superior rooms for Easter. The rooms were not placed next to each other. One room was a really beautiful Superior triple room with a sofa, modern furnishings (unfortunately, the radiator in the bathroom didn't work), the other was probably a double room with an extra bed, which was quite occupied. It was disturbingly hot in this room, the air conditioner did not work. The wellness area is very nice, all hot water pools with lots of fun elements. However, the biggest sauna did not work at all. The water was not always refilled. The rest terrace was closed on the first and second day. The swimming instructor did not drain the floor, and several children slipped and hit themselves in the afternoon. Sauna sheets were not always available. After 20:00 at dinner, the counter was not really filled (e.g. cakes). It's a positive thing that the children received a pancake coupon and could buy a flame.

The hotel is nice. BUT, the family room, which has two rooms that can be opened together, is very uncomfortable. The doors blocked the entrance and the toilet. The shower was full of ants. Our garden is more comfortable, the lady at the reception wanted to exchange it for a flat rate (+ HUF 30,000), all because you could book a suite online for the same amount without paying. I had to wait a day for the koltozes. The pools are good, but the corridors leading to them are cold. Every child has a cold. Overall, it did not reach the 4-star standard.

Very good place with plenty of activities and bathing conditions. The staff don't smile that much, but maybe that's just a Hungarian thing when you don't want to speak English.
