No breakfast no coffee noisy housekeeping busted in at 9 am

Great place to take a family trip and enjoy yourselves, specially during hot days.

It was good, the only complaint was they put us in a room with no safety lock on it. So we put a chair in front of the door to avoid the kids from running out. We maybe could have gotten a new room, if we talked to front desk but the location of the room was too perfect by the pool!!

Upon initial check-in, customer service was extremely rude. Later in the evening when I went to ask about breakfast options and coffee choices, another customer service person was even rooter than the first one. I will give a positive rating to the room itself and the amenities in the room. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were nice. However, as an overall stay because the customer service was extremely rude both times as well as zero options for breakfast and the coffee choices are a paid machine in the front lobby or the coffee in your room I give this hotel not a positive rating. I understand and attraction is the price and the indoor water park but the area surrounding the water park are old carpet old tables very very limited seating. The lobby area has no seating and overall the hotel is just not worth the stay.

The suites on the first floor poolside are super nice. The pool area is great. The arcade is fun. Will definitely be back. The whole family loved it.

Our room was relatively clean. The front desk receptionists were not especially friendly. Most of the workers did not really seem to care about the posted rules in the pool area. There was wads of hair floating in the pool and seemed to be alot of garbage to be picked up. The arcade area also had alot of trash laying around. Outside of the building there was trash and cigarettes butts all over. For the price of our 2 night stay it should have been clean, friendly and inviting. Also no breakfast.

What I didn't like is that they don't have breakfast or eating facilities, the room didn't have a microwave either. I was with children and it was snowing, it was difficult for food. Everything else was excellent

With the price you pay, about time to use some funds to update furnishings…old and worn out. Nothing felt very clean.

Found cockroaches in pool area and took pics and management denied them and was going to call the police if we said anything so we left and had to go get another hotel

It was my husband and i and my two younger kids and omg staff was amazing, it was so clean looked amazing. My kids or husband didnt want to leave. I had to have my kidney removed and knowing they were having amazing time when i was in the hospital was a peace of mind. Will definitely be back

We go there quite often me and my children always have a good time the staff is very professional very helpful and everything is clean there the rooms are nice and we just love going there we go there at least three four times a year

This place is a dump. Nothing operational. Got stuck in the lift. Bar shut early. Don't bother and sleep in your car!

We checked in and got a pool view suite for our family and 2 kids. Got to our room and it had no power at all and was dirty. We sat in the room for a hour in the dark waiting to see what they were going to do. Finally they changed our room to the corner. No pool view only a pole view. Asked for some reimbursement and the lady laughed at us. $380 for a dirt room no pool view and horrible service. Will not stay at this play ever again renters beware !!!!!

Front desk staff was extremely rude to client in front of me because he booked through a third party and not directly through them. I stood in line waiting for at least 15 minutes while another front desk worker worried more about answering the phone, talking with other workers about her day, and going on break. The motel itself is average.
