Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary.
We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views.
Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality.

Great beach front location on a lovely beach, excellent service from all staff, from pool staff, reception, food outlet staff (especially at the Nomad Restaurant) and everyone who maintains the grounds to such a high standard. Very nice pool area, ***** the beach a number of good beach bars and restaurants, including a very good sea food one called Calamari.

We only stayed at the Taj to meet our absolutely favourite person Masterjee Prahlad. And in the process we’ve added a few more favourites to the list. Chef Steve . Very talented. Makes brilliant prawns. And Is all heart. Definitely someone we will look forward to whenever we stay again. The jacuzzi room 2045 had good views. Loved the jacuzzi experience. Siddhi and team always did a great job at housekeeping. Josepha at the front office was all smiles. Loved the anniversary celebration they plan. And the Halloween momento. Unusual. The in-house photographer captured some good clicks and we have some great memories in the process. Will be back.

Unfortunately, I happened to encounter several issues during my visit from 25th April to 28th April at Taj Holiday Village, Goa. Firstly, upon checking into my room, I found that the cleanliness standards were not up to par. The ceiling fan & Jacuzzi in particular were not properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the high standards I expected from a property of Taj's reputation. I contacted the duty ***ager, and subsequently, the housekeeping supervisor acknowledged the oversight, but this lapse affected my initial impression of the room. Additionally, I had a distressing experience at your restaurant. The restaurant team recommended the prawn peri peri & Butter chicken for lunch without informing me of potential allergens. Regrettably, I suffered an allergic reaction after consuming the dishes, which I feel were not fresh & hygienic, resulting in severe rashes and vomiting. This incident significantly impacted my ability to enjoy the remainder of my stay. They should enhance training for staff members to ensure that guests are properly informed about menu items and potential allergens. Furthermore, reinforcing thorough cleanliness protocols in guest rooms, especially for simple amenities like the ceiling fan & Jacuzzi, would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Most friendly and helpful staff ever, Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great service was attentive and efficient. This was my 14th visit at Holiday village it is like my extended family in Goa.

Taj n its Taj ness suttle loving caring with th beach breeze right in ur face eyes Sunrise moonlight n the sea view .. a dream holiday … Truly its home coming ! A luxury home 😉 If ur a tight spender try goin for all meals .. packages ! AMOL AYUSH ANKUSH ., TAJ TEAM .. CHEF MOHIT Th love all staff exude .. its like a lov injection No other hotel chain has it ! Th food was exceptional Th ala carte / buffer both .. top notch ! Thai italian indian continental all superrr ! Th care exuded to kids is outstanding The pool vibes size timings Guards care all leave u wondering .. Lov the room vibes ! Bathrooms cn b better but well .. no one cares Overall itz a 200/200 ! Go for it !

The best and rich experience ! The property was well maintained and we had an amazing lunch at the Banyan and bf at Caracalla was top notch. The staffs were amazing be it folks at the reception, driver's and house keeping were very professional and courteous.

Taj Village, as usual, was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The rooms were cozy and stylish, with amazing views of the property. And the food! Oh, the food was divine. We indulged in the most delicious Goan dishes and felt like we were tasting a piece of heaven. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to go back!"
