I love Hilton Garden so much

Booked through ******* and when we arrived, the front desk had no record. Took 15-20 minutes to check us in, with front desk person saying he had to "rebook" us in Hilton system. To add insult to injury, got billed by ******* and hotel, which means I now have to spend more time untangling the mess.

The front desk didnt give us the room we paid for. There was a large party with lots of kids so loud we had to be moved. (Banging on walls and screaming) we were moved to another floor the party wasnt on but still didnt get the room we paid for. Breakfast was amazing and hotel staff excellent. We could have insisted but were too tired to complain. Honestly overall was a good stay just large party taking up the hotel. Very good hotel...

There needs to be more lights in the rooms. The rooms are dark and the outlets beside the beds would not work. There was too much chlorine in the pool. The smell was so strong. Other than that the property was fabulous.

Erica was AWESOME! Other staff members were also great. I love staying at the Hilton Gardens. Always excellent service.

I was charged for breakfast but it was included in the price of my stay. They said that they would not charge me but it went through on my Visa.

The sheets in the hotel were very uncomfortable. They were not properly rinsed and felt like bleach was on them. I had a heavy skin reaction. Aside from that, the room was clean.

Lovely hotel, nice entrance and set up. Staff was extremely friendly. This may be my new go to hotel when I am in Nashville area. Quick drive to Airport, lots of shopping and do I g options.

stay was good Fridays night problem in parking lot with music from restaurant next door beds very hard bad for my back

Old mattress with dip in the middle. Outlet beside bed didnt work right. Staff excellent though, customer servive excellent.

We had a great time. Did not like that we had to pay to eat breakfast

Really was amazing. staff helped me to extend my stay and made it so i could be in my same room the whole trip. very clean and breakfast was good.

We walked in and my kid said oh this is fancy! We loved everything about the property! The pool was freezi g which was okay and the hot tub was hooooooot! Didnt like the proce of the breakfast but we just went down the street to eat! Would defiently stay again
