The people working the hotel were wonderful and friendly.
However, we tried to make a dinner reservation through text. We were told we had one. Then we were told it was cancelled. Tried to make a reservation for the next night and we were told there were none available. We are elsewhere before our arrival. Arrived and found out that the restaurant was closed for renovations but that the attic was open and we could have dined there. It would have been nice to know that.
The temperature fluctuated between hot and cold on one of our shower heads. The other one worked but it made the experience of having two a little lackluster.
One our second night the emergency systems came on for a long period of time. We were notified that there was no emergency but it was extremely loud and we could not fall back asleep. Tried to watch TV but the power was out. Finally fell asleep and woke up to our alarm going off when the power must have been restored. Then the emergency alarm went off AGAIN.
It was hardly the relaxing birthday trip but the lodge itself is beautiful. They did provide a $50 credit when I mentioned it during check out. We definitely left even more tired than when we arrived.

The Lodge is beautiful and compact. Dining room provides good vantage points of the beautiful Snoqualamie Falls and the food was delicious and presented well. Staff were exceptional- always cheerful, helpful willing to engage and support special events. The bedroom was spacious and well appointed with an excellent view. A deep tissue massage was one of the best I've ever experienced. Just be aware that extra unexplained charges to use the spa facilities (hot pool, sauna & steam room) will cost extra & require reservations.

Room was comfortable. Dinner was delicious. Free valet parking. Nature walk at night to waterfall was beautiful.

Amazing location. Amazing view. Rooms are very clean. Rooms are modern, large, and fireplace is a nice touch on the cold days. Very cozy.
The place is overloaded and will have hard time supporting your weekend properly:
1. Could not get appointment in the spa (overloaded)
2. Could not get breakfast in the restaurant (overloaded)
3. Could not get into pool (overloaded).
4. Housekeeping took an hour to stock missing amenities in the room, and only happened after repetitive call.
The place is amazing. Operational greed or lack of staff are destroying otherwise good property.

A wonderful and relaxing getaway for my birthday! The spa is world class and so luxurious. We originally had a terribly loud adjoined room and were able to get moved somewhere quieter that made the stay so much better. Staff at all restaurants are fabulous and friendly!

The staff were so friendly and helpful that it made our stay really enjoyable. We learned about the Salish bee hives and got to try their delicious honey on our biscuits at breakfast. The outdoor fire pits that staff turned on and off for us at night was an unexpected delight.

Nice and relaxing spa / lodge only 40ish minutes out of Seattle! Clean, welcoming and kind staff. If you're coming for the spa -- there are a couple warm jacuzzi style baths, one sauna, and one steam room. Additionally, you can book massages for apx $200 / hr. The restaurant is also quite expensive. Overall, relaxing and quiet place to spend a weekend, but expect to spend $$$$ for a good, but not outstanding, quality spa and dining experience.

Beautiful location at the falls. Crackling fire and warm cider in the lobby. Staff who are very welcoming and focussed on making you feel good. Wonderful bed. Fireplace in the room. We didn't want to leave!
