Lake Toya Tsuruga Resort Hikarinouta

This hotel in Lake Toya is relatively new, and the facilities are top-notch. Soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing. I didn't try dinner, so I can't comment on that, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price, with a limited selection.

The room was great! You could see Lake Toya right outside the window. The dinner buffet felt very special.

This is a new hotel, and the facilities are brand new. Aside from not being right on the lake, everything else was fantastic. The private onsen in the room is open-plan, offering both privacy and a spacious feel. Soaking in the hot spring while it snowed heavily was an amazing experience; watching the snowflakes fall, time felt like it stood still. The hotel's design is very stylish, and the fireplace in the lobby creates a wonderful atmosphere. Sitting around it with a drink really set the mood. The pudding the hotel provided was delicious. The front desk service was excellent!

Terrible hotel, this is my first time giving such a low rating on Ctrip. I do not recommend it. The price does not match the hotel's quality at all, and it's not even by the lake. I will definitely not be staying here again.
