We booked the Premier Suite which have a very good sea view. My family and i felt very comfortable and it comes with 2 bathroom. Love the living room and balcony so much! The downsides are no dryer and cutlery provided.

We stayed one night on the 23rd floor.
When choosing your first accommodation, walk to Sokcho Beach.
Second, a place with a good electric vehicle charger.
It was easy to move around with the kids, and I was satisfied with the sea view from the veranda.
It's been a while since I went for healing and had a comfortable stay^^
The downside is the elevator that many people have mentioned, but we went on a weekday.

It's a good hotel, and since it was a weekday, I stayed at a reasonable price. What's unusual is that it feels more like an officetel than a hotel, and the setting is set up so that simple cooking can be done, but there are no pots, etc. This is a special hotel where you can cook ramen as long as you bring a pot. We used the ocean view room, and the outside view was nice, and the bed setting with an ondol floor was also unique. Overall, it was very good, and the trip was enjoyable thanks to the special hotel.~
